    hi

    no, not correct, it is since she became a green card holder. the green card has the date, resident since. that's the date she starts counting with

    she has to be married for 3 years and be a resident for 3 years. she can apply for citizenship 90 days before her 3 years.

    hi
    i864 is for the sponsor/petitioner, and the i864A is for the his or her household member
    if the petitioner doesn't make enough, the household member can combine income in order to complete the poverty guidelines
    why do you ask?

    nope, but you will file the i864W because once she enters the US with her visa, she will derive citizenship through her father

    possible  to get a green card through a US spouse, yes, but not the way you want to, the way you want to isn't possible, a green card is for living in the US, for reunification

    if you're not going to move here permanently, then there is no reason for a GC

    aleful got a reaction from jhanzie777 in Question about possible move from F2A to F2B {SPLIT}
    hi, nope she won't be an immediate relative, because her biological father, your husband would have had to been a USC before she turned 21. since she already is over 21, she would change category from F2B to F1, unmarried children over 21 of a USC, having years to wait.

    aleful got a reaction from JD2019 in I130 for siblings
    Hi

    neither. the i485 is for adjustment of status, which isn't the case, they don't qualify for adjustment of status in the country

    the document you need is a copy of each other's birth certificate, with translations into English to prove you are siblings

    the wait can be 14 years or more, up to more than 20 depending on their country of origin

    no need for tax returns for now. file the i130 for each sibling, with payment and documents. and then forget about the petition. it will take many years for the i130 to be approved.

    just as a stepparent can file for a stepchild as long as the marriage took place before his or hers 18th birthday, the same is the other way around, a stepchild can file for a stepparent
