1/2/18: EAD + AP approved (no website update), 1/5/18: EAD + AP mailed, 1/8/18: EAD + AP approval notice hardcopies received, 1/10/18: EAD + AP received

9/5/18: Interview scheduled notice, 10/17/18: Interview

10/24/18: Green card produced notice, 10/25/18: Formal approval, 10/31/18: Green card received

7/13/2017: Interview: APPROVED!!!

My daughter filed for me. Not my husband's daughter.

were you married before your daughter turned 18, if so she could have filed for your husband as her stepfather, and at the same time as yours. she still can and it will be less time than if you filed for him. since you have been married for so long, you might have married your husband while she was a minor, under 18. 

 

in that case she can file for him as her stepfather, and could have filed the 2 petitions at the same time.

Not true,  the daughter can only file for biological

not true, USC children can file for stepparents as long as the marriage took place before their 18th birthday, thousands of children have filed for stepparents
