    Why not apply for a B2, then you do not have issues with layovers etc.

    That situation was resolvable, took time and money. I look at it the other way around, if you have money you can afford to wait, if you do not you need to marry and file asap.

    A re-entry permit suggests a break in residency otherwise why would you apply, so would working abroad. Well in this case.

    I self sponsored. I have not come across it in Turkey. I think it is highly unlikely.

    Do you have to go visa Utah, can you not just mary and file a CR1? In a couple of years who knows what your plans will be and you can keep her GC alive for quite some time even if you want to carry on teaching. Presumably your Parents can Joint Sponsor.

    Unless he came up in the Lottery element you will not hear anything for sometime, a lot of people have applied and there is a long line. Why did he have to leave his job to apply for HP?

    I have not seen this combination before on Hacking or elsewhere. Does not mean it has never happened, does suggest it is not common.

    You will need a job for some time, generate pay stubs so it is potentially possible, depends how quick you are to file to adjust and they are in adjusting the case. A lot of cases are processed without an interview so possible but no guarantee.
