Hi, This topic might be redundant but has anyone from July 2019 interviewed in Pakistan been issued visa yet. We have been placed under administrative processing for a missing document. The case updated a few times and they confirmed that they have received the documents. We only got case refused on documentation incomplete box checked.
I applied Immigrant Visa for both of my parents, they have upcoming interview this month, My Question is how soon they can petition my under age siblings when they come here in US? I heard the green card can take up to 3 months, can they use the temporary stamp to file it? My brother is turning 19 soon, so i really want to file it ASAP? Any advice? Thank you in advance!!
Hi All, My situation: I was issued an Immigrant Visa E21 category last July 2, 2018 and received it last July 9, 2018. Upon checking my visa and data summary, marital status was INCORRECT so I immediately notified US Embassy Manila and was advised to wait for instruction if I need to send it back or not since I was originally filed in SINGLE status. Without thinking it might complicate things or what not, I opted to renew my passport and just yesterday I received an email from USEM that I need to send back my visa for correction of Marital Status. So, I have two passports on hand my old passport where visa was stamped and my new passport. Question is: Will they still stamp the corrected visa on my old passport since it is what on their records or in the new passport? What are the possible problems I might encounter? (Please note, I opeted to renew my passport because its validity is less than 6 months by the time of my departure) thanks
