    The most common route I have seen is find a USC SO. If you are looking to go via work better to focus on a subject where work sponsorship is more common.

    Canadian and K1 makes zero sense to me, maybe there is one in a million scenario where it does? I have come across people who have been able to get back in, and those who have not. You definitely stand a chance.

    Nothing a Lawyer can really do with a F1. All I can think of is if you basically have a perfectly solid F case and this can be put down to youthful foibles they will let it pass. It is not normal for subsequent applications to be approved but it certainly seems to happen.

    Obviously people lie and some are caught amd some are not. Quite a few cases on here where people have lied and comes back to bite them later

    As I mentioned F1 is a non immigrant visa, anyway it seems her F has not been refused yet so all you can do is see what happens.

    The information they need is on the application, I can see that there may be additional documents relevant in very specific circumstances but that is very unusual

    How long was she in the US?

    I seriously doubt she was out it of status. But you certainly are implying that her intent is to enter the US and stay, she applied for a non immigrant visa not an immigrant one so she applied for the wrong visa.

    Not relevant K1 has issues and most people recommend going the marriage route. Some of the issues are not relevant for you but it is still Iran
