  1. North Korea would be an excellent choice.
  2. During COVID I forget how it arose but they were talking about jobs in the national interest, seemed mine qualified and then I saw that about 70% of jobs were classified as being in the national interest. Depends what you mean by national interest.
  3. They will be F1 unless they marry. One of those odd cases where the time difference is unlikely to be that much if they do. Children not relevant.
  4. Obviously the I 130 needs to be filed asap When is your Birthday?
  5. K does not have an I 130, well in the vast majority of cases.
  6. Not how it works, you need to wait for the PD to be current before you can adjust.
  7. It will take a lot longer than that, you will age out into the F2b category.
  8. EB2 there is a wait for the PD to be current, EB1 is current for ROW but I do not see many of those. https://www.wegreened.com/ just an example of a Law firm that does these en masse and will give you a free assessment.
  9. Amusingly they cannot agree on where to hold the next one, apparently they need somewhere that can host 70,000 activists. Plus allow them to do their protesting. I have a feeling that it will become something like the Commonwealth Games, costs a fortune to host and nobody will want to do it. From a practical perspective I do not see how it can be hosted by a western country without it becoming a show,
  10. There are Lawyers who will provide a money back guarantee for EB2 NIW. I used to be fairly pessimistic but having seen many cases get approved which I assumed had no chance I have changed my mind. There was a lady who was a regular on Hacking, an Accountant, she DIYd and was approved. Last I heard she was in Texas but having issues finding employment. EB2 NIW has gone from very rare to fairly common. I know there was a Court case a few years back and I assume there has been a cultural change in interpretation.
  11. Just delay matters until it is supplied.
  12. You can see how long others have been waiting, I thought it was a lot longer than 3 months.
  13. I recognise that dog! The way it goes is medical, report sent to Consulate, interview, visa refused and waiver offered, file waiver with fee, wait for approval, visa issued. Most people need a Lawyer to prepare a waiver so what you can do is get all that sorted and prepared so you are ready to go once the visa is refused.
  14. Assuming she is single and has no children then both you and your Mother should petition her.
  15. Usually the best bet is a transfer with her current employer to their US operation, L1, that can be very quick and is dual intent.
  16. Just asking for answers, yes it is super confusing and seems so intentionally.
  17. He certainly can, very competitive and will not be cheap.
  18. German tourist killed and two others injured in central Paris attack Man known to authorities as radical Islamist detained after German man killed and two – one British and one French – injured near Eiffel Tower https://www.theguardian.com/world/2023/dec/02/one-person-killed-and-another-injured-in-central-paris-attack The suspect, whom prosecutors named to AFP as Armand Rajabpour-Miyandoab, lived with his parents in the Essonne area, south of Paris. French media reported that when he was arrested in 2016, he had been a 19-year-old biology student and was accused of planning a violent attack in the business district, La Défense, west of Paris, which he failed to carry out. He was subsequently sentenced in 2018. French media reported that his parents, of Iranian origin, were not Muslim. He was believed to have converted and been radicalised online.
  19. When you have a criminal record you need the court records as well as the Police record.
  20. 2nd 15JUL22 So you are waiting.
  21. She will be abandoning her Consulate case and filing to adjust. NVC and Consulate will not be involved.
