  1. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/legal/visa-law0/visa-bulletin/2024/visa-bulletin-for-december-2023.html Spot the difference to November.
  2. I have not see this particular scenario but anticipate they will want the German documentation for a German offense.
  3. You need the German paperwork.
  4. It does not ask what appears on a police check. Were you convicted of a DUI?
  5. Trial starts today, none of the questions around what happened have been answered, surprisingly.
  6. I thought this might be a wind up, Museum of Tolerance? But it is true, also amusing how ABC twist what happened.
  7. Depends how important it is to you, assuming it is use a lawyer.
  8. Unclear if this a State owned company but if there is a big demand for a bus route why wouldn't you? How different is it say to someone flying into Mexico then heading north, not so long ago I was reading that Russians fly into Cancun then take an internal flight to Tijuana, makes sense.
  9. Their processing times are for amusement purposes only.
  10. I have now seen it given of late in cases that seemed not to qualify so I think they are generous, so have a go. Is the PD current?
  11. It has come up a few times and to be fair the US and UK are similar in passing down Citizenship a generation, the difference seems to be that with Iran there is no way of relinquishing it.
  12. I was wondering when he entered as certainly in the past Canadians were not recorded.
  13. I saw GM pulled all their self drive Taxi's from SF, they had their license pulled after that fatality.
  14. I have seen it discussed endlessly for various COnsulates, of there is a given time I have not seen it.
  15. Write a note explaining why he has no I 94, when did he enter?
  16. I did not address that as I assume it is somewhat unlikely that he would be issued a B, and I sort of passed on the Medical side as I knew someone who knew much more than I do would be along. Even a free Lawyer can be expensive in time and other costs. Anyway the OP knows what is needed.
  17. I 94s are found on line He can travel to Canada now but assuming you want to adjust he needs AP to come back You file the full packet Not sure what age has to do with seeking an expedite, could you explain why?.
  18. I have seen this with Iranians, any time lines should be taken with a bucket of salt.
  19. I am not sure what is meant by file must be accepted, but as I have mentioned it is a very high bar. 50/50? Well I have I think seen 2 cases approved and I am not sure how many, hundreds?, refused. I seriously doubt he has 50% of such cases he has been involved in approved. Todays Hacking with a Consulate refusal.
  20. Did she explain it was a long shot? There are two main issues with this approach: 1. It is very difficult to get a meeting waiver, I think I have come across it twice both in very exceptional circumstances. 2. If you do get a waiver it is very easy for a K1 to be closed out by the Consulate, they issue a 221G, send it back to USCIS and it dies. I find it difficult to believe the Consulate would be sympathetic. Nothing is impossible, I have seen too many odd cases but this is really up there as effectively it requires a double Hail Mary.
  21. Even if they gave you a waiver for not meeting how did you intend proving a valid relationship with someone you have not seen for 10 years? Who told you this was a good idea?
  22. When did you last meet and how much time have you spent together.
