    Quite normal they looked at your income and issued a RFE accordingly, I am not sure it is individually reviewed or just automatic after the application is scanned in, I lean to the former. I certainly would reply, by assets you mean bank statements?

    I saw this and sometimes you think you can not make it up. But when you think of it there are so many years of precedents what do you expect when you lay with the Devil? They must know what is likely to happen. Anyway here is a Colorado contribution from one of my favourite biatches.

    You will go to the interview. The IO will refuse your visa as you have an incomplete medical. You will be given the opportunity of filing a waiver, the I 601. Do you have a Lawyer, most people maybe be able to do a regular case but not put together a waiver package.

    As of Jan. 30, 2022, USCIS and CBP began issuing Forms I-94 with the following new COA codes for certain E and L spouses: E-1S, E-2S, E-3S, and L-2S. An unexpired Form I-94 reflecting one of these new codes is acceptable as evidence of employment authorization for spouses under List C of Form I-9.
