  4. All the cases I have seen that have had issues have related to parent proof of residency, so do you have that down pat? Child’s Brazilian birth certificate (original and copy): applicants with Brazilian birth certificates filed on or after January 1, 2018, must submit the original full-content birth certificate (“inteiro teor”), which can be obtained at the “cartório” where the birth was registered. I did not see the translation bit, you would have thought they would know what it says bit unless it says otherwise you could translate. SSN absolutely. Good Luck!
