  1. I-90 - Application to Replace Permanent Resident Card (the existing cards will expire soon)
  2. Can form I-90 for numerous family members be filed under the same USCIS account? Or does a new account need to be created for each applicant filing (kids included)?
  3. Thank you for the prompt reply. Just want to clarify, there is no need for a police certificate (record) (spravka o ne sudimosti), right?
  4. U4U parolee filing I-485 — one of the required evidence pieces is a police certificate. Does it need obtained or not? If yes, can it be obtained online? Or how does it need to be obtained? Thanks!
  5. Form I-485 (Items 14-17) asks social security number (SSN) related questions — whether the applicant has ever been issued one, and if the applicant would like the SSA to issue a social security card. If a U4U parolee was issued a SSN prior but is now applying for permanent resident status, would they need to mark “no” to the question ask if they would like to be issued an SSN? Or “yes” as it is a change in status?
  6. If someone who comes to the U.S. via the U4U program (as a refugee) gets married before adjusting their status to a lawful permanent resident (LPR) after 1 year of being in the U.S., are they still exempt from I-485 and biometric fees when changing their status to LPR through marriage to a U.S. citizen? Asking as refugees are exempt from paying I-485 filing and biometric fees (when applying for lawful permanent resident status 1 year after being admitted into the U.S. as a refugee). Any and all help is much appreciated. Thank you!
