    I assume you have access to the same information the rest of us have. We know they were married for nearly 6 years before he left. We know Islamabad is a tough Embassy and she would have had to provide a ton of evidence about the validity of their marriage. How do you know he married her for a green card, yes he left her not exactly unusual, happens all the time. How is it fraud?     Some basic information on expedites It is up to you to show that you have a case, this situation would require medical records and I would think additional supporting information. An expedite may speed up the process but is not quick. I have seen cases with what seemed to have severe medical issues refused. It is free so no harm trying. It would seem in this case much quicker, much easier for him to visit.
