  1. Usually 6 months per entry, could be less could be none.
  2. You can mention you will let them know when you become work authorised?
  3. Offloading is a Governmental process and whilst I am not familiar with the Philippines Insurance Market I doubt that any Travel Insurance policy would cover it. Not sure how you would rate it, would it be against public policy?
  4. I thought everything was digital now, I had film which I duly brought and basically it is a souvenir, chucked it a few moves ago.
  5. Even CNN are having to face up to reality. https://www.cnn.com/2024/04/21/us/columbia-university-jewish-students-protests/index.html Columbia University is facing a full-blown crisis heading into Passover as a rabbi linked to the Ivy League school urged Jewish students to stay home and tense confrontations on campus sparked condemnation from the White House and New York officials. The atmosphere is so charged that Columbia officials announced students can attend classes and even possibly take exams virtually starting Monday – the first day of Passover, a major Jewish holiday set to begin in the evening. They need a clear out first.
  6. Is she looking for work?
  7. 18 Months If they wish to attend school they will need a F1 Student Visa. Presumably they are eligible to use the VWP to visit. Do you have a Joint Sponsor?
  8. Adjustment is not suitable for everyone. Overstay would be forgiven. Sadly a lot of false info out there.
  9. The number of applicants
  10. The Met are a joke and have been for sometime, started from the Mayor down
  11. Presumably you have Birth Certificates showing common parents.
  12. I would probably call and go from there.
  13. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/Visa-Reciprocity-and-Civil-Documents-by-Country/Brazil.html This shows what everything look like. I would get a SSN asap. I do not know what they consider to be an official transformation I would go overboard proving domicile.
  14. There is no set time for them to respond but I seriously doubt they measure such requests in days. And Manilla is backed up so could be a long wait and you are looking at a CRBA. Is there any reason she could not just interview in HK. The Doctor can test for prior jabs.
  15. You deal with the lockbox when Consulate processing.
  16. As far as the US is concerned they treat you as a USC. I do not speak Spanish, well just a bit, have never heard of Spain having an issue with duals, I have come across a lot of people from South America who have both. Should be easy enough to google the Spanish position.
  17. Never occured to me that you had to have a phone number, anyway it works or it does not. They would need to know the Country Code.
