As far as I know there is no visa that is a  guaranteed entry into the USA

Don't need luck just follow the rules and things always work out, and don't live life scared

And I am still waiting for the documentation where USCIS or CBP states one must go to thier home country after leaving the USA on a tourist visa, Yea I will wait for that , I don't blame you for being out on that one when you make incorrect statements that can't be backed up with facts.

I don't think so. Because we will not make USA our permanent home, after marriage I will move back to Philippines to live there.

Have no plans to stay long term in the USA, just stay here long enough to see how the Covid situations shakes out in the Philipppines, and see what happens with the Presidential Election in March 2022 and if they have uprising like they did before.

You would either need an ANNULMENT in the Philippines or have the US Divorce properly processed by the Philippines.   Either is a pain to do, takes time and money.

If you are married you can enter with Balikbayan Privilige with your wife and then go meet your gf. You will need to carry your marriage certificate from the USA and you get up to a one year entry.

When I did mine a few years ago, you only had to disclose certain crimes from what I remember.   One would have to read the instructions offered by USCIS to see what criminal history you need to disclose.

Requirements from USCIS change every few years

No.  It can be an expired passport.  Heck you could carry a copy of your birth certificate and accomplish the same thing.   As a former Filipino you have the right to get a BB stamp in your foreign passport that allows you to stay in the Phils for up to 1 year without any exit fees or such.

If they did secure the purchase plus the COVAX donations the Philippines should have a decent amount of doses by the year end, some people are just going to refuse to get them.

When you get ready to stop the process:

You send a notarized letter to your embassy/consulate where the interview is to take place.  Include NOA1 and NOA2 copies if you have them, and include all information you can.

The consular section of the embassy/consulate may send you a letter that says " Under U.S. Immigration law, the approval of an immigrant or fiancee petition is automatcally  revoked upon:

the formal notice of withdrawl filed by the petitioner / beneficary

I would think for sure the US Petitioner would get this letter and you may also.

    Good Luck

If this is me-  I would do nothing fast
The USC could change the mind again and then have to start the process all over again if you wrote and cancelled interview yourself
but i would think long and hard if i really wanted to be with this person
you don't need to come here with no family,  no friends and be left alone some time in the future
its heartbreaking,  i know ,  and so sorry this happened to you

but if this is over one little argument,  give it a few days and see what happens

Last I checked less than 2% of the Philippine population has been vaccinated.  They once stated that they would need 70% or more to reopen.  The big cities are getting supplies but the provinces are lacking.  My wife's cousins just travelled as a family from Pampanga to Manila so they could get the first shot.  They said that there is no vaccine in Pampanga but they just walked in for shots in Manila.  The elections are likely to be a challenge too.  If you have been following what is going on, violence is not out of the question at all.

Yes, I understand.  Unfortunately Duterte is in panic mode and it's a Mongolian cluster***k there. They change the rules daily, sometimes 3 or 4 times a day.   Of course I am already vaccinated and I could not bring the disease to the Philippines and I could not catch it there...but the bureaucrats there have their heads in the sand while their people starve.  It's so sad really.  The Filipino people really need to get foreigners there spending money. The ironic thing is they claim they are worried that visitors would bring fake vaccination cards.  Pretty funny since there are more "fixers" in the Philippines than there are in all of Nigeria, creating fake documents.  What a joke!!!

Please understand I am wondering where you are getting your information from.  Of course, I hope you are wrong but maybe you know something I don't.  I have heard that the PI is working on allowing foreigners in who are fully vaccinated to enter and this hopefully will happen by July 1 to mid-July..I hope you are wrong.  Of course no one knows because PI keeps changing the rules daily.  I just saw an article that less than 3% of Filipinos have been vaccinated to date.  That is a terrible track record and it's no wonder the pandemic is out of control there right now.  Of course I, having been vaccinated, cannot bring the disease to the Philippines nor can I catch it nor can I transmit it to anyone else.  So Duterte is losing his mind as his people literally starve and suffer. I guess we'll have to just wait and see.

Keep in mind that the PH national elections are also scheduled in mid 2022. Depending on the outcome and who gets elected president, there may be civil unrest around that time.

LU SEE FURR reacted to top_secret in Philippines US Marriage Visa Approvals by Month (K1 Visas Way Down, CR1 Visas Up)
Fun with Excel.  Just to amuse myself I decided to dig a little deeper into the numbers for USEM.

Going back two years preceding the March 2020 lockdown and taking a monthly average over that time period. I came up with, on average, USEM was issuing 470 K1 visas per month, and 237 CR1/IR1 visas per month over the last 24 "normal" months.

Starting with March 2020, through April 2021, and averaging those months. I came up with, on average, USEM was issuing 62 K1 visas per month, and 199 CR1/IR1 visas per month over the last 13 "post-lockdown" months.
IF, the caseloads remained constant throughout that time period (unlikely), that is a "deficit" of 408 K1 visas per month and 38 CR1/IR1 visas per month, over that 13 month period compared to pre-lockdown averages.
OR.... if caseloads remained constant at their average pre-lockdown levels (unlikely), with the ongoing average interview rates, USEM could have an additional backlog of 13mo X 408 = 5,304 K1's needing interviews.   and 13mo x 38 = 494 CR1/IR1 visas.

Of course, that does not take into account the unknown changes that may have taken place in the numbers of new petitions in the post lockdown world.  Maybe fewer CR1’s as couples who would have married in the Philippines, canceled plans due to travel bans, and recently married couples got delayed past the 2 year mark?  Maybe more IR1’s than usual as long-term married couples decided it was time to get the heck out of Dodge?  Maybe more K1’s than usual as unmarried couples that were separated by travel bans looked at that as an only apparent option.

The process sucks in general no matter the time of doing it. As for the last question I don't think that is feasible because you have to do the ROM at Consulate/Embassy that covers the area where you got married
