I agree, my ex husband literally forgot my birthdate at our AOS interview, and the officer laughed! They know people get nervous lol, all of us are human at the end of the day! 

I would like to add that I feel the I-751 should be totally eliminated......that is all.

Yes. A visit to secondary to verify stamp and status. Few mins, no big deal. You remain a permanent resident until an immigration judge says otherwise with a final order of removal. 
Personally, not yet. Many others have done, including past posters on here.

Interview completed!
Scheduled time for appointment was 9:55am. We arrived for 15 minutes early as requested and waited till nearly 11am to be called. We were out the door 7 minutes later. Very laid back gentleman swore us in, asked why I had 2 different first names (going through name change) and if we had anything new we wanted to present. We gave only this years filed taxes and last years house refinance and car purchase. The remainder of the time was spent with him explaining what happens next.
By the time we reached our car my text dinged to "card being produced". 
Filed November 2019 and interview was at Orlando office. Interview was ready to be scheduled February 2021 and was scheduled for today in the beginning of March 2022.
 
Being over prepared made us feel better but I now look forward to saving memories by choice and not necessity!

wow, that is a really long time of waiting. perhaps when you changed your application to a waiver,  it gave you kind of like a new priority date. I initially filed in June of 2021, so even more waiting for myself. I guess it does not hurt to submit more evidence with my request to adjust my application. I believe David (the person I had originally messaged) did not have to do an interview.

I'm equally as pessimistic when it comes to American bureaucracy. 

If only one morning I woke up and saw the status change to ‘Case Approved’ I’d be the happiest person in the world. But highly unlikely for me as I’m a divorce waiver and happen to be from the country that invaded another country in late February. I feel like just that fact puts me in the ‘Risk’ category. But hope dies last, so we shall see ☹️

Maybe you won’t even have an interview! Sometimes they transfer cases to ‘reduce backlog’. Or should i say, to ‘not have to do their job’ 😄 My notification clearly said the purpose of the transfer was to schedule an interview. Sometimes i hope local office just approves it without an interview but that’s my wishful thinking lol

Imagine waiting for your application to be processed for 24 months just to find out they are transferring it to NBC to schedule an interview. And yes, it has been 6 MORE months and I am still waiting for the interview ☹️

I requested an update on our case first week of December and we got a letter on New Year’s Eve! Our interview was scheduled for Feb 2nd. It was such an easy process. Went in and out under 25 minutes. We spent about 5 min with the officer and she said, all is good. Hubby’s new GC is in the mail already. Best of luck to everyone! 

They received my RFE mid-July and my case was then transferred to MSC in late August/early September. I don’t remember the exact dates but i think you should receive your response any day now!

This is frightening and depressing at the same time.   At some point the only way is for them to just waive it.    Anyone whos married and not processed at 18 months should be automatic approval IMO as it's a scam to turn the conditional process into a FOUR year adventure.    Even with Covid this is unacceptable.

your wife can SAY anything she wants but without PROOF it really means nothing, other than a massive headache for you. Presumably, you have proven, several times over, that you are divorced from your ex wife.
 
if I were you, I would also be divorcing the current wife. But that is me.
 
 
 

Heyyyy I just wanna come here and let you guys know that I got my update >>>> New Card is Being Produced. 
 
This tuesday I called USCIS number and said infopass appointment so I can talk to someone. 
I told her my case is out of processing time and if she can file service inquiry for me because online tool doesn't let me do it. (I firmly believe their service inquiry gets the job doneif it is done through a representative, online tool inquiry never did it for me)
She said yes and she sent the service inquiry, she told me this sends an email to the officer or supervisor at that location to let them know this case is out of processing time. 
 
2 days later, I got my update!!! I am not sure if this helped my case but I just wanted you guys to know just in case if you need to do something. 
This is such a relief, after 2 years of abusive relationship, them threatening me with my immigration status anytime they can't slave me around. 
I was pretty sure they reported me, falsely accusing me. I was so anxious because I never felt safe. 
 
Now I feel super relieved. Thanks for everybody being super supportive from the beginning of my immigration journey. Starting from K-1 to AOS to removal of conditions. and another 1 and a half year I will be able to apply for naturalization. 
 
I wish everybody quick approvals.

Yikes; so, I guess if I don't hear anything back before 2033 I can file an enquiry....😂🤦‍♀️Hopefully they just messed something up on site, orrrr they're planning on sending cases to other centres.

It makes me so frustrated because I am divorced already, I sent everything I can, bills, bank statements, car titles, house title bla bla. I can't send anything else anymore. 
What is the hold up.....

I overnighted the package today and contacted the Congressman as well. Now i wait! I found so much paperwork, I don’t think i even sent that much in my original package back in 2019. I hope it satisfies USCIS .
