    It’s the first three letters of the case number which signifies the service center. IOE is assigned to those that are converted into online cases, usually I-485s are but not all. If you have an IOE case then you get an access code. If you have a regular service center, then you can’t upload things or view documents online.

    It would be helpful to include all of the information in your initial post so members can advise better. Your PD is not current so visa is not available. Additionally Ghana is backed up even for immediate relatives with no visa number restrictions. You’re looking at another 4-5 years as a rough guess.

    They will waive it by marking “Insufficient time interval to complete series”. Make sure you ask for a copy of the DS-3025 vaccination worksheet and also that it is marked as “K1 applicant voluntarily completed vaccination requirements”.

    I’m a bit confused. Do you mean a marriage certificate or a marriage license? You need marriage certificate for the AOS application. Marriage license allows you to get married after which use receive an official marriage certificate which you include the copy of in the AOS application.

    We didn’t include any screenshots of text messages, calls or other communication methods. We solely focused on in person evidence.

    Nobody here can make that decision for you. That’s something you yourself need to decide on. You must remain unmarried for F2B but I also understand that’s a very long wait. If the petitioner can naturalize and you do marry, then you can keep the petition which will become F3 and you can be eventually be petitioned years from now but at least you can live your life and not worry about this anymore.
