  3. Visa bulletins aren’t applicable to immediate relatives of US citizens. Did you reach out to NVC through their public inquiry form and explain the situation? Did yo also email the consulate? If you did all of that with no response then reach out to your congress person who can help with the communication and filing an expedite.

  20. You shouldn’t have waited this long to apply for SSN. Her window is almost over; the application needs to be filed and reviewed within 75 days of the 90. You can try and go on Monday but I’m not too hopeful she’ll get one.
  21. So far I’ve seen the only way is to call to schedule. However, I always found calling places like SSA and IRS hassle so I’d just walk in
