  1. *** A duplicate thread posted elsewhere removed. Please only post once per inquiry on a topic. This thread is now moved from Bringing Family members of USCs (other than spouse) to IR1/CR1 spousal visa forum ***
  2. *** Threads on I-485 and accompanying docs merged together. Please keep further questions confined to this thread only *** If you married within the 90 days, then no. Certified copy is issued by the county, it’s basically an official marriage certificate copy. However, you only need a photocopy of the marriage certificate for I-485. It’s not required as at this point you don’t have much but I personally think including some if you have would be beneficial. 1. No 2. Most recent 3. That would reduce the chances of an RFE so I would include that. Just the DS-3025 copy. Not quick at all. Definitely file beforehand
  3. *** Thread moved to UK regional forum as its specific to the UK ***
  4. Personally, I put N/A in the first 2-3 fields of a section. I think that’s clear enough that the rest of the section doesn’t apply.
  5. Threads on wait times merged. Please post any further posts relating to that in this thread only. VJ Moderation
  6. List exactly as described as it’s based on your actual physical location and not where you were paying rent but not living there. They will not ask for a lease. I would do it as one. No I would list them as TA and grader. The last page of I-485 has a sheet for that, you fill it out there.
  7. Considering spouses of US citizens are waiting 2 years for an interview letter, I’m going to make a rough guess that it might be at least 3 years from DQ date for you.
  8. It’s 6 months from the medical exam, not the interview or approval date. No. Once you enter the US, the 90 day clock starts.
  9. Unrelated hijack post removed. If you have a question about your case, please start a thread. VJ Moderation
