Dang joke. Let people quarantine at home or their final destinations. Not some super expensive 200 sq ft hotel. 

Maybe I will be able to go for my son's birthday. But it still sucks that I have to quarantine for a week by myself. 2 week trip to spend 1 week with my wife and children.

For as long as I can remember, it has given a "Reconsider" travel warning to all areas of Mindanao. And it appears to still be that way. I work for the DoD and it's not that you are banned from going, only that you need special permissions and briefings and debriefings prior to and after returning. 

I just saw a post that says they have only given vaccines to about 1,300 people so far.  At that rate (if true) they wont even make 6,000 by December...
 

Some states have a wait time and residency requirements. You could ask your county clerk or an attorney.

The DS-160 asked for active social media accounts. List the ones you still use. How can you list something you cannot remember?

I would rather not, but if it's required I was ready to get out the type writer and start making my mock draft! Lol

I doubt it matters. My fiancée is 14 years younger. We've been dating for two years and have met twice. Because of covid, we haven't had any subsequent visits. Also, I don't want to be dating someone for years and years before I get married. We both want children together and add to her two.

Just make sure you hire yourself a good attorney that practices real estate law, there are quite a few people in the Philippines that will come up with some pretty legitimate looking paperwork. My wife and I have 10 hectares of farming land on Negros and we had to go through quite a few hurtles.  Also, be aware of your neighbors if you get land or build a house near noisy neighbors there is not much you can do, one of the houses we rented had a neighbor that liked to start signing at 5 am and blasted their speakers for all to hear.

Even when you have criminal (petitioner) past its easy. Just answer the appropriate questions on the I129F and obtain the necessary documents. Police and court records.  If you have had expungements, then still obtain police and court records to show nothing exists. 

Visajourney is really helpful to submit K1 documents with straightforward cases. I think using lawyer/ online services are waste of money considering you introduce an additional step in the process while you will be the one who gathers the documents anyways.  In my opinion, they would give you the same list that is already here in Visajourney guide, and you will be ending up spending more time since you will not be sending out directly to uscis but to this additional service.

NOBODY has your best interest in mind better than yourself! Many folks DIY for the K1 all the way up to the N400 without any RFEs. I would rather check my own work as opposed to RV checking it. I do realize that it's a personal preference. Just because RV does your paperwork for you, YOU are still going to have to gather ALL the required documents and information! RV just collects the information from you slaps them together and sends it in, far from professional. Many horror stories here about what RV has done or failed to do. I highly recommend against using them, but again that's my own opinion.

Do it yourself. There is a list of the requirements for the I-129F packet on this site. It's very straightforward and if you have any questions, there are many people who are willing to help you out. Lawyers and other services are expensive. They can and will make mistakes. They add an additional step to an already lengthy process. You are relying on them to complete and submit everything for you. 
 
Have you ever dealt with a lawyer before? It's a painstakingly slow process and can be very frustrating when you have to wait on someone else.
