It the document was accepted just ignore it. Now you are DQ and in waiting line for interview. We are waiting since October 2020 CR1 now we are IR1 . Be patient 😉

Yes I had the same problem. We are on the IR1 journey and had exactly the same thing occur. I resubmitted the document asked for and it is still showing as submitted 3 months later! I also used the NVC contact form to make an enquiry about it, I had a reply just confirming that the case was DQd and that it was in line to be scheduled a consulate interview. This was January 15th and yes like others we are still waiting an interview appt due to the COVID backlog. Hope this helps.

Yes. Medical expires after 6 months

I got an email yesterday that my mother's case has been Documentarily Qualified. When I logged into CEAC, it also says DOCUMENTARLIY QUALIFIED in messages. But some hours later, it says one document is missing in Civil Documents. Even though that document has been uploaded and accepted . What does that mean? Did anyone have issue with this?

Congratulations! I submitted mine on January 12 and waiting for their docs to be DQ'd as well! 

A friend of mine was arguing that since American constitution can not ban Spouses and minor children of USC as they are Immediate relatives (IR categories), therefore Trump did not include those categories in proclamations 10014 and 10052. My point was that if this is so then why parents of USC who are also included in IR categories were included. So guys what do you think who was right? Me or my friend?. Or Trump administration who started crack down on legal immigration from day 1. I want to know what is legal basis on this

I think you are not understanding the main point. People who are concerned about Proclamation due to Covid really think that the ban was not necessary especially when the basis was Impact on labour market by Legal immigrants. Had it been due to Covid, they would have made negative Covid testing a requirement at the port of entry. It was a balatant attack on Legal immigration by Orange clown as he always stated that only immediate family should be allowed to come to USA from day 1 of his office. How come most elderly parents can compete with American jobs when you are allowing much younger SPOUSES to come in?

You keep saying “ I read” (somewhere on the internet lol)  “ I think” etc etc all over VJ saying you think he’ll extend the ban, well, we all think our own things, bottom line is the only tangible thing we have to go on is his health policy document. I know people who have made very reasoned arguments why he would get rid of the ban quickly too. Vaccinations don’t even nominally have anything to do with this ban, for the actual Covid “infection” bans (the two weeks beforehand in schengen etc) maybe, remember this is supposed to be because all those aged parents are taking jobs away from citizens lol. This ban was never supposed to be a healthcare issue, it was supposed to be a jobs issue (though we all know what the real issue was).

Well I am well over 21. I am just asking that Medicaid use by me can affect my parent's case or not? According to Public charge rule by DHS, only beneficiary use of public benefits will be considered. Will same rule apply to Department of state as well? @Luckycuds How I am going to take care of my parents health insurance after immigration is my headache,not yours.

Judges have blocked Trump's public charge rule adopted by DHS , but astonishingly it is being implemented by Department of state. I wonder why is this so? Rules should be same for everyone. right?

A humble question to all the philosophers on this site... How can you forecast 20-25 years in advance? Do you use any special binoculars?

ok If you want to add deductible. add 6000 per year. that makes 100000 over 18 years. OP can show this figure to embassy in bank account.
