It’s a preliminary injunction, nothing unexpected there. So I guess it’ll be business as usual, no I-944 yet. I expect the same thing will happen with the insurance rule as well.

I'm very confuse about this new immigrant health insurance stuff going around. How can persons get health insurance without social security? Wouldn't almost all fail this new requirement? Is it being challenge?

I guess it would depend on how they are being sponsored. My husband (USC) will put my on his health insurance when he gets back into the US meaning that I would meet that requirement.

 

Anyways, that's what I would assume anyway.

The thing is im still on my mom's health insurance and I was planning to get off when my wife gets here so I could get 1 with me and her. Im confuse to what to do or im hoping their will be some challenge that can hold or struck it down because her interview date is November 7 and this dumb law goes into effect on the 3rd of November

Can your mom put your wife on? 

 

Can you organise your own health insurance now prior to the interview so she can be added?

She can only add family  and I could ask my job about setting one up but I don't know if that will go through in time for the 7th and plus it take 7days from my state to Jamaica, so im really worried and confuse

Don’t think this will actually end up taking effect. It’ll probably end up getting blocked by the dozens of lawsuits that’ll take place.
