  1. @MadMax101 i noticed some blank responses on my application as well when I saw the snapshot but it wasn't an issue. However, you do have a lot of questions unanswered. The officer will most probably fill these in for you during interview Wish you all the best.
  2. Doesn't that make almost all AOS illegal then? i am just talking my mind
  3. I thought getting a US tourist visa when you don't have one, to arrive in US and adjust status could be considered a fraud. When one already has a tourist visa, then they can adjust status as that's the option given by USCIS?
  4. @KIEth Congrats for getting over with the interview. I had the exact same result and case was approved in 2 days. Best wishes.
  5. I meant before the move since I was in Palo Alto, the last zip code serviced by SF office. You can file for address change within 10 days of moving. I filed after I moved.
  6. @SFO-Jan Congratulations on buying a home in bay area!! The move from SF to SJ was absolutely hassle free. Before moving, the SJ office was 15 minutes away but SF was more than an hour away, so it helped a lot. They changed my address in 11 days and they also sent my interview notice with it. If you are talking about the forms, use the address change form AR11. This can be easily done online. Link: https://egov.uscis.gov/coa/displayCOAForm.do Wish you all the best.
  7. @corvusheart I can't speak for all locations but here at Campbell, CA we were told to sign and keep the paper ready for inspection by officer. There were four lines and a total of 450+ applicants, so yes, you can be one of those who sign when the officer is right there in front of you as well...
  8. @corvusheart you can fill it anywhere and please sign it and keep it ready for the officers to quickly verify it.
  9. You have a lovely sense of humor. Congratulations!!!
  10. Great!! That gives us time for brunch - Appreciate your response.
  11. Hi @Kitti Do you mind sharing your oath experience? Thank you.
  12. @nikha thank you for the valuable insight on all points. I will have my friend with me so we will make sure to get there early :)
  13. @dilip you NEED to get Nexus/Global Entry if you own a green card. It really speeds up the entry. My last entry was 5 seconds on the kiosk and 3 seconds ("Hi how are you?") at CBP. You can always update your citizenship if you acquire US citizenship later... Also, there is never a line for global entry or nexus lines
  14. Hi Dilip, At SFO, I arrived with my original letter and was still sent to secondary with a smile and a comment - "This is routine, don't worry please". They asked if I had an active petition, did some checking in the system for a minute and said I am free to go. This not only happened with the original notice but also with the stamp in the passport. However, I must say the officers were very nice and quick - No issues.
  15. Hi all, any advise for oath ceremony? I am scheduled for a 12:45 pm session at Campbell on 6/20. How early should I get there to find a parking spot ? Do I sign the N445 in front of the officer or can i sign it on that day before getting in line? One thing I did note is to write my full name on the naturalization certificate and not do a normal sign. Please let me know if this is wrong. Taking a black pen with me, my pictures, SSN, my passports, Green card and N445. That's all I have. Thanks for answering my questions.
