It is funny because I have seen several posts on VJ saying their packet was received by the same person who received mine... someone named Harper. Not that providing that name to USCIS support helped in any way 🙄🙄

Mine was received by Harper as well.

Sent AOS 19th December, USCIS received 20th December. No NOA1 as of yet.

We sent ours on the 18th and it was received on the 19th.  Today we received the text messages.  If you are one day behind me, you may get your text messages tomorrow.

I received 3 text messages this morning. Our case was received.

No text or email but today my credit card was charged for $1225. I mailed everything on December 18th.   Still waiting on Social Security which I applied on December 13th.

USCIS was closed on December 24 to December 25.

Go on the 26th.    Years ago we used to all go early and before the date and it was not an issue.  The date is there to control flow of appointments and if not busy, they will take you.

You should’ve planned better. You now have 2 options, enter for a temporary period and activate the visa or abandon the visa.

We are waiting for you Dale.  I hope you receive your approval soon.

i am advised how to fill it out and what to bring 🙂

That is not correct.  I watched 3 youtube videos and on the other posts. I also called a friend who did his and he confirmed.

we select YES on this option without EAD.  I need to bring i-94 form. 😜

On the SS-5 application, it asks if your legally allowed to work.  Can i put yes of arriving on K1 ?

Kosova is perfect.  Sorry. I do not see it listed still.  I went to view k1 timelines then the country list.  Its not there.

You can sue them. Its valid government id and you are being mistreated.  You will win in court.

Can we add Kosovo as a listed country.  We are recognized by the USA and have a US Embassy which we can apply or petition for immigration services which includes, tourist, K1, green cards and etc.

i paid and scheduled using my phone so I didn’t have any online info. I will try to look later but i think we are set.
