I did not have it.  You provided the document and noticed a link below which lead me to the most recent version which i shared with you to be helpful in return.

If you find anything not up to date or the information is wrong, please share your findings. Please compare the date of the P3 of mine with the date from your copy, once you receive yours from your embassy. Keep in mind that I try and be factual with my information, but I can't do it on my own and that's where you come in and can give back to the community that comes behind you. What is the average hold time for NVC ?

Next shipment to Embassy date is Sept 17th for NOA cases after August 8th...

Its illegal to buy a ticket without the intent to use it.   Buy a direct, one way ticket.

My fiancé lives in Albania.  Her address is just a street with no building number or apartment.

does embassy use DHL in a agreed upon location using her phone number? Or will they try to use regular post even without complete address?

Yes but i found out my letter is Aug 27 so maybe it will get to NVC in time?

My NOA2 arrived but with a 8/27 approval date instead of 8/28.  🙂

The K1 visa allows the fiance of a U.S. citizen to enter the U.S. for the purpose of getting married. ... To stay in the U.S. after your K1 visa expires, you must get married within that 90 day period AND file for an adjustment of status to permanent resident. 

I suggest, file AOS immediately and provide what you can. Get rfe to translate birth certificate if thats only option.  Do it ASAP and mail ASAP, express if needed.

you dragging your feet seems as if you have no sense of urgency...  DO IT ASAP  and mail it by Tuesday!!

Time for her to go back to her country and re-file for i-130 or stay here and file for i-130 and restart process.   You will miss this deadline.

Both formats are fine.  Good thing she even has an address.   We mailed something to puke, albania and all we put was the person’s. name and main road.   🙂

Does USCIS website update after NOA2 to indicate the case was shipped to NVC ?

NOA2 approval was 8/28

Please do not file DS-160 until advised by your embassy.  Delay is anyone’s guess, 2 weeks or 1 year.  India has many applicants.  You need to wait until your turn is up. Patience.
