Looks like they are trying to finish ya'll up (December 2019 Filers), hopefully that's the case so once the interviews start rolling in hopefully they will knock you all out if not with interviews at least with appointments!

You keep posting items not relating to yourself and seems that your posts are targeted at getting more “likes” then being helpful.

please post answers to questions or your December timeline items. I wish the best for you and my December timeliners.  Hopefully my posts are helpful to people reading and gives them a guide of what is going on within the December filer.

    god bless December filers!

Hey, friends, just wanted to pop in to say that I got emails this morning from USCIS telling me they've closed my EAD and AP cases because I got my green card already (and I did, so I was waiting for them to close these).

Hopefully the fact they finally pulled my EAD/AP file to work on in the first place means a batch of other files are getting looked at and we see some more good news in this and the Jan 2020 thread though!

    🙂

Oh so there's more people got approved without interview hopefully us soon I'm 12/17

Your next then. Good-luck. Call your congressman if possible and mention this site!

  3. Your father is a good man and I respect his worth ethic.

step 1: hopefully his taxes were paid with a tax if and not fake S.S. Or he may need to get an accountant to fix those prior filings.

step 2: contact employer and indicate a mixup with the number occurred and he needs the employer to update the records. No big deal, happened to me. My father and I had each other’s number mixed up.

step 3: this part sucks.  Contact credit bearu and did the credit history.

goodluck and welcome to the good life!

What about National Visa Center (NVC) is it opened or not? I resubmitted one of my document to them and was told by the people who’ve been through this that they’d reply in three weeks but there’s no message from them. Is it because of corona virus? Has corona stopped my process or what? Someone please help me with this.

Due to the global COVID-19 outbreak, NVC is currently working with reduced staff. In light of those circumstances, we temporarily ask that you only contact us with critical inquiries.
(Please note 3:30 PM-4:00 PM will see extended wait times in our call center).

During this period of reduced staffing, we will not be able to answer general questions such as case status.  These answers can be better found using our self-service tools. Please log into https://ceac.state.gov for your most current case status and for a list of any documents you are required to submit.

The latest updates for U.S. Embassies and Consulates, including operating status of the Consular Section, can be found at https://usembassy.govNVC cannot predict when Consular Sections will resume routine services, or when your case will be scheduled for an interview.

Hi! Just adding myself into this conversation as I'm in New York and your timelines all seem similar to mine. Applied in November (11/18/2019), case ready to be scheduled for interview (01/31/2019). Hopefully hear something soon at least in reference to EAD card as I'm going insane not being able to work!

Welcome.  I filed 1 month after you so I hope to see your case move quickly 🙂

Hi! My husband came over in October, we got married in November, and then sent i-485 off in January. We recently a letter stating:

Your i-485, fees and any supporting documents are being returned to you for the following reasons:

The payment amount is incorrect, or has not been provided. ....

based on the information you provided, your priority date could not be established. Please resubmit your application with the proper documentation to the address listed below.

what exactly does this mean? I sent in 2 money orders that totaled $1225. One for $1,000 the other $225.

Do they not accept money orders? I remember clearly filing the i-129F with a money order. Please help!

I bet the issue is that you sent 2 money orders and not 1
