My husband's window opened up on the 23rd but I just sent the packet on Saturday and it arrived today. So we may land in December filing group too!

Sent in our packet last week on the first day of eligibility, it was received the day after, and I just received a text saying my case was received.

It’s getting processed at the Texas Service Center, which has a wait time of 6-9.5 months which is a lot faster than expected so fingers crossed!

Damn! We've sent them tons of evidence, hoping for a waiver all together, but it looks that they've decided to inconvenience us with an interview! Oh well, let's just hope they schedule it soon! Thank you!

It was posted in an earlier page that if your case is routed to a service center  MSC you are likely routed for interview scheduling. I assume that would be at your local field office. Here is the link to the info:

We didn't include the reminder notice in our packet. It probably won't hurt if you include it, but it didn't seem necessary. 

How do you setup to receive text notification?

Yeah, we used the VJ sample and it did show notary.  I’m sure both work and put the check in the box for the immigration officer.

Yes I feel you! Lived with my now husband in Ireland. Returned here in 2017. First 2 years were awful as an adjustment. I'm better now but there will be a day I will return to live in Ireland. I also had trouble (and still do) dealing with cost to live here, having to drive everywhere instead of taking the train or bus or walking, dealing with a workforce that expects you to NOT have a life outside of work, and just the Irish way of life. Right now with all that is going on in politics trying to keep aggressions high and pit one group against another, I just feel sad. Its not the country I remember growing up in.

I've seen a few people have mentioned the 10-14 day range so fingers crossed that's the same here. And I actually sent my forms to the submissions email, the officer suggested it at the time of my interview so I don't know if it's faster or slower than the courier service.
 
Now that you mention it, my status has been on niv for about 4 days so I'm guessing that's good news, right?

I have nt seen any written rule. We have our affidavits with different dates but chose to sign our i751 and date our cover letter so they are the same and of course in our 90 day window. I just like matching dates but I don’t think it matters. Our dates didn’t match for the i130.
