I am sure this was already bought up. 

During the Medical examination they will have to answer to it and you will have to confirm you want to move forward, given this new information. 

If you have one or more children not listed on the visa petition, or a current pregnancy, or a prior undisclosed marriage even if it is now terminated, or currently have a contagious disease of public health significance, be prepared to present a notarized letter from the petitioner stating he/she knows the discrepancies between facts stated on the petition and your actual personal circumstances, and still wishes to proceed with marriage.

There will be a lot of questions at the interview, and given that she cheated, might be grounds for Denial by the officer. 

Going to try and keep this short, mainly looking for more information to see what kind of complications will arise.

Found out that my foreign fiancee is currently pregnant, and the child is definitely not mine.
I don't know much for details currently, as it led to a rather larger fight, as one might assume.
 
Providing we decide to move forward with our relationship and such, what kind of complications should I expect when it comes to getting approval for the K1 Visa?
 
Given the time frame of everything, unless the K1 is approved within the next 45 days or so (😂), child will not be born on US soil.
 
If we decide to continue to move forward and bring her child here, if she puts the father down on the BC, I know we would have to get a release from him to even be able to bring the child over, but what kind of things would be required on my part, short of a CRBA?

Bahamas aren't allowing US citizens and other international travelers (few country exceptions) in at this time due to the pandemic.

Do you mean 30K USD? That is a lot in Sri Lanka... Have you ever been there, the cost of living is much different than in the US. 

What sort of financial support did you give and to whom? 30k? Could've chartered a yacht to get you there and back for that amount of money. 

Hello, we ended up receiving a NOID which we were expecting but wanted to file WOM just to get some movement on the case. Jim & his team handled the rebuttal for our NOID. USCIS intern asked for an extension to answer the lawsuit so we have a date of September 10 to get good news, God’s willing. This has been a total of 17 months since our interview and overall 3 years journey. I’m hoping we all get the best and most fitting outcome for us all!! 

@Boiler I’m actually one of the very few who DO follow through. I did file a WoM and wanted to start a thread about that because we got a call on June 30 and we filed on May 19. Even during this pandemic they are responding. So we’re just waiting to get to the finish line so I can start a thread since no one has enough information about that on this forum. This forum has been gold to me and I want to make sure that people know all avenues and options. #intherunningstrerch

I wanted to address the negative attitudes we have seen on the rise recently in the upper/ immigration forums towards those who ask beginner/ simple questions, or have unusually fast or slow VisaJourneys.

First, there is a tone difference between the Progress forums- which are mostly for support and cheerleading, and the Info forums, which are mostly to have questions answered.   While all our forums are supposed to be welcoming to all and friendly, this is especially important in the Progress forums, which are not to discuss politics, or be negative towards  those fortunate to have their case dealt with quickly, or  critical of those who voice sadness about their own slow progress. These forums are there to uplift eachother!

Secondly- in the info forums, you may get bad news.  When a question is asked, our members are encouraged to answer truthfully, even if this may not be what the Op wants to hear, because it is important to be informed.  However, the emphasis is still on being welcoming and friendly.  If you need to give bad news, do so gently, and stick to facts; constructive criticism of the Op's plans ARE allowed, but the emphasis is on constructive.  No need to dwell on mistakes (or tell members they should be on 90 Day Fiance- that is a personal attack and automatic suspension), or  illegal actions in the past- instead, encourage and explain legal options for the future.  And ONLY legal options- as per our TOS, VJ does not support, condone or encourage illegal (immigration) actions, and such posts will be removed.

Ultimately, we are here to help all members, old and new, easy cases and complicated, those who write a fact filled bullet point post and those who are panicking and don't make much sense in their first post. Yes, sometimes questions can be easily googled, or answered via a search of our forums.  But if you feel that way, just scroll past- no need to criticise the OP for asking the question. 

I assumed it would be a long process? Courts being backed up, that sounds quite quick.

Well there is no time line for AP, by its very nature it is open ended. Also not sure I have seen a WoM case involving USCIS, all the ones I recollect were at the Consulate level.
 
I seriously doubt there is one Judge who hears such cases, different Circuits, Different Judges, different cases.
 
Could you not ask those on Facebook for this information?

I have only come across a few cases where somebody actually went through with one, and certainly nothing that would allow any sensible comment.
 
My suggestion would be to contact Layers who have filed them, see if they have any view.
 
I have certainly seen AP take year plus, very much depends on the individual case.

The only way you can find out is on the country Embassy website. Each embassy is different. It must abide by that countries government instructions.  My embassy which is in Jordan, has not given a definitive date but most businesses will be opening next week as part of phase 4 so chances are the embassy were open as well.  Same may apply for yours. 

I think it'll be harder to prove a bonafide marriage considering her line of work, rather than any other concern.

When did you get that response? Did you get it these days during covid lockdown?   So it sounds like you guys sued USCIS not the embassy correct? Is your case is still with USCIS? That means that they are rushing to resolve and come to a decision and I’m pretty sure it’s in your favor!

Please be sure to include K-1 visas! Fiancés do not count as immediate family since they are not married yet, but it is just as hard for us.

The trump Administration is planning to pass an Executive Order in the next 24 hours to suspend immigration to America.  While it's unlikely the President will change their mind on the general policy, we believe they may consider a narrow exception for immediate family members of US Citizens, including fiancés.  We've started a petition a the White House which requires 10,000 signatures to get attention and 100,000 signatures to get a formal response.  Please join us by signing the petition at the following link.  We should have the membership to make a solid run at getting enough signatures!
