Years ago, I asked "What constitutes a high-fraud country" to an immigration attorney who had been a vice-consul at multiple posts.  He firmly said, "Any poor country."
 
Each consular post will be aware of certain red flags that are specific to the host country or culture.
The Visa Waiver Program countries are probably lowest-fraud.
Among non-VWP countries, Manila hands out K-1 visas like candy, which I've never understood.
On VisaJourney, the lore is to refer to countries as low-fraud, medium-fraud, high-fraud, and Lagos.

I am not a fan of the pizza any more (though I had my 11th birthday party there!) but I still love those mojo potatoes. ❤

Same with Jordan. Nothing this entire summer.  Also it be good idea to email the embassy find out how many spots they actually open for K1 interviews. Our Embassy asvised us they open 8 spots per month for K1 interviews. On top of that its the busy season.  The only thing they were able to tell if it’s to check daily because since people cancel and reschedule and then we can take that spot. Near impoasible.

Hi I filed for AOS  on 27feb 2019 and today i received my green card in mail.The whole process took three months maybe the waiting time is less now or maybe it was just a straight forward case can't say for sure but whoever is waiting i hope you get yours as soon as possible and I would like to thank the members of visajourney for the help since the time i joined.

Yeah we have the same problem for scheduling k1 visa appointment . Our petitions has been approved and nvc sent our Petition to US embassy and we got the instruction sheet via email . We payed the ds160 fee and since 5/8/2019 There are currently no appointments available . I guess we just got to keep trying . Hopefully appointments open up for everyone .

Ok....I know what the OP means. EXACTLY what my lawyer warned me NOT TO DO...If anyone out there is about to start K1 petition READ THIS....do not, do not, do not..have someone take professional photos of the both of you and send only those or someone taking photos of you "purposely posing together" for the sake of having photos together. Especially if its all you sent. It is grounds for denial. There is a difference between taking random photos of yourselves in different places, cute selfies together, with his or her families, group gatherings, vacation snap shots AND taking photos where you both are posing for the sake of "having photos together". Thats why they were denied. A few photos of all the same.

I guess we also need an updated and signed original letter of intent to get married from both beneficiary and petitioner, this is from what i have read on this website. 
but i'm not exactly sure about the order, but I know that we should drop off  all the original documents 1-2 weeks before interview and bring all the copies with us to the interview . there will be a person who would have a checklist at the embassy and take the documents that they need.

Packet 3 is coming to most of us now in email
and without it you can not schedule a dr appointment as the instructions include list of drs and a letter to take to schedule and get in
also,  is a letter to get into interview 
 

NVC is the National Visa Center, it's the step after the NOA2. Once NOA2 is done, they send to NVC, after it get the case in some days they will send to the regional consulate of your country. Once the consulate get the case, they will send the Pack 3, it's the e-mail with the information of your interview in the consulate.

Ah, we’re all photos taken by the same third party? sounds like they thought the photos were staged (taken only for immigration purposes and not natural situations) like preplanned and posed rather than candid photos taken on the spur of the moment.
 
 
 
 

My fiancée just got approved at her interview today! Now time to just wait for the visa to arrive. 😃 (she already completed her CFO)

filers from January, December and November were getting approved before me (Oct) and even Sept. They were working backwards. Total c*** if you ask me but if it was over 6 months waiting, and it appears it is, you could put an online inquiry. Select I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY NOA2 LETTER. That will trigger assignment to an officer. Thats what I did. Once I did it suddenly all our background and security clearances were done. Try that. 

Now this makes sense...
"They have started prioritizing K-1 applications filed in 2019 than those filed last year or before, through LIFO (last in first out) process in order to ease the backlog on all applications. That is the reason people are getting fast interviews who filed 2019 than those who filed last year or earlier. So whoever filed in 2019 is getting lucky."

Yeah we're still trying to figure out if she withdrew or not, it's not very clear. And I didn't see anything about her being banned, except that she can't ever use the visitor waiver process again. The custom agent did tell her that next time she should use the immigrant or non-immigrant visa to come in.

We received NOA2 approval on may 11 2019, it took only 68 days from NOA1!!!
Now what's next? I (beneficiary)  updated my email on NVC website, does my fiance have to do that as well? Also what are the civil documents required to be submitted to NVC once we get case number assigned? Are they the same as the ones we shall provide to the embassy?  are there any forms that we should fill other than (I-134, I-874, DS-160)?,  should these documents be submitted as originals or photocopies, and if photocopies; should it be notarized?  
Sorry for the tons of questions, but I'm confused, too much to do 😛
