you can talk to a representative via Emma and ask the agent to schedule you for a call back from a tier 2 rep. tier 2 rep will tell you the date and even email you a copy or you can wait for the mail but i will advise you to contact them as the mail might come a week before the interview.

Hi, for us here in Nj, we got scheduled on jan 2, it was mailed out on 5th jan and we got the actual mail by jan 20. So it took 16 days.

That SSN card is good to use. After you get the Green Card you can ask SSA for a new one without restriction wording: https://www.ssa.gov/ssnumber/cards.htm

Hi guys! I recieved my EAD and AP approval letters today!! I'm really happy. It was just for me tho, nothing for my son yet (k2).

Hi all, just checked the mail, one is the approval notice for EAD (2 pages) and the other is for I-131, finally things are moving!

Quick Update. We had our interview last week and received our green card in the mail 3 days later! We had sent in our application at the end of March. My partner had been living in the US on a student visa (OPT). We also moved from the DC area to MA during our application, where our final interview was. We were surprised by how quickly this went. Hope everyone else has a quick process too!

So i called the USCIS and after going back and forth with the representative i was able to talk to a tier 2 officer and i was scheduled for biometrics on oct 2. i was emailed the appointment letter after the call and i was asked to print it out and go along with it. is their anyone who as had to go for their biometric appointment with an email printout? can you share your experience? thanks.

Honestly,it’s beyond us. We noticed the Change in date after we filled at that point we just hoped and prayed...lol😁

Good timeline! Looking at it I am definitely confused of how USCIS processes the paperwork! My packet was received on April 23 and checks got cashed May 7th. Lol.

What's to worry about? The hard part is over and you are on easy street now. Relax it's  going to be great!

No. It's been stated throughout the thread that it will take a few weeks for hard copy and email a few days after the case goes in transit. Keep in mind we have holidays here in the states so nothing is working till Monday. Patience
