For anyone doing their biometrics appointment.  Make sure you bring your marriage license/certificate with you.  It is not on the lists of things to bring, but it was definitely needed for my wife when we went as they seen her last name was different on the biometrics appointment letter then on her passport.  They really should add that as an optional item to bring as I am sure some people do forget about that.

Email your county clerk with your copy attached? Ask them if it is the format that they issue MCs in in your county.

We got our Bio metrics appointment letter today and on the letter it only shows our cases numbers for our I-485 and I-765.  It does not show or mention the I-131 Advanced Parole form.  Is this an issue or does the I-131 form not require the biometrics?  We submitted all three together and have cases numbers already for all three.  Just confused why the I-131 is missing for the biometrics letter.  We are worried there is a problem.  Thanks.

I guess we will be a December AOS filer.  We sent ours out on November 23rd, but still have not received  a NOA 1 yet 

Don't feel bad.  My wife and I have been worrying a lot too.  I think we all just need to relax and trust the process lol

I received a case numbers tonight!  

Just checked my email from the USPS Informed delivery and it looks like we will finally get out physical NOA1 paperwork today!  So happy!

Technically, your wife would be deemed deportable, but is unlikely to happen unless there are serious reasons for the denial, like fraud. So it depends on what the denial is based on.
 
For example, if your wife is denied because they found that she is actually married to someone else, then she is deemed ineligible to be a permanent resident through you.
 
Otherwise, if it is denied for insufficient financial support (not likely to happen because you would get a request first), you could move forward filing another AOS after you satisfy the support aspect of the case.

Yes the ROM form is completed in her maiden name, but is signed in her married name.

We got the text messages today finally. Just waiting on the check to be cashed now!

Our check has not been cashed yet.  We were able to track it and it took longer then the 2 days to be delivered.  It was signed and delivered on Nov. 29th.  So hopefully we get our NOA1 soon as we are getting a little worried something might be wrong.

I applied online with capital one. Had no issues.

Please note that after many years of experience (I am older than dirt😀) i suggest that you keep your current account in your name only and open 2 new accounts - a joint one and one in her name only.  When she transfers her savings to the US, put it in her account,  Make it easy to transfer funds between accounts.  I also recommend that not all accounts be in the same bank as they have been known to close. While the FDIC is quite efficient, you do not want to have all of your funds tied up even for a day.  Banks are also known to freeze an account on the death of one joint owner.
 
Credit unions are also a good source for your banking activity.  Many now offer home loans as well as the usual banking services.  My "best" bank is a credit union I deal with exclusively online.  Their savings deposit rates are much better than the banks.   Credit unions are generally more flexible than banks in dealing with their "members".  As a member you are part owner of the institution.

My tracking number finally changed to delivered yesterday afternoon.  Hopefully we do get out NOA1 messages soon.

@Tokenfreak yeah don’t worry,it will be the same. And you might be surprise once you get your NOA thru text, coz once you get your case number and try to check it on the website it might tell you that they got your paper work way ahead than what the delivery date said. Mine said that my package got deliver Nov 12, and yet on the USCIS website it says they got my paper work Nov 9.

@Tokenfreakdon’t worry it will get delivered. Mine said that too at first and then a day after it says delivered.
