If there is no USCIS officer or CBP attache working in paris which i highly doubt take a very cheap flight to frankfurt ( maybe 20-30 euros) and there you have one of the biggest uscis offices abroad in the world . Its not a big deal they will and can issue you emergency advance parole in form of a letter with your picture. It is an emergency lol this person has an AOS interview and is stuck abroad

Thank you, only thing I can tell you really helps is to go on with your life and really dont check anything.You are probably doing that but just saying I micromanaged everything and looked at the status everyday but that just frustrates, when I stoped looking at everything I opened the mailbox last week and there it was .

Thank you so much. My field office just increased from 9.5-22.5 to 12-23.5 months over night but I'm hoping that's for more recent cases perhaps. That's encouraging to hear that yours was still within the original timeframe. Good luck with your interview

Interview on Aug 1, 2018 at San Antonio, TX.
Status not updated. Just got the notice in the mailbox yesterday. I'm a little concerned about my medical, which was done overseas on May, 2017 as requirement for K1, sealed envelope handed over at poe. I included the vaccination worksheet on the AOS packet. I hope I wouldn't be required to take another one. :/

K1 visa sucks so bad . There is absolutely no reason you would do that over CR1 if both people live abroad . Its so much more work once you get to the USA and every relationship will take a hit when the other person has to sit at home do absolutely ****all and is getting bored and depressed.  Especially when you live in a first world country there is no rush.

Outdated information . USCIS has stopped accepting all advance parole applications from DACA recipients since they announce the end of DACA

When you harbour an illegal alien ( the means they got here dont matter ) out of status , whatever you like to call it , it is in direct violation of “8 U.S. Code § 1324”  which if found guilty of would most definetly exclude you from gaining US citizenship forever if not likely to get you deported.

I wonder why a UK citizen would make such a risky cross at Mexico border supposedly without inspection and jeopardizing many things that way. When all she had to do is entering the right way from UK or Mexico using her visa waiver, etc. You see everyday Mexican citizens trying to cross border illegally because they do NOT have any kind of visa to do it the right way. But an European citizen crossing that way? I never heard of anything like this.

If she was here legally he wouldn't mention several times that she is illegal. He would probably have mentioned her going through CBP inspection and on what visa she came here on.

You need to stop giving wrong advices. Yes the wife will need a waiver once she go back to the Mexico because she will have 10 year ban. But this cannot be done from within the US. 
 
If wife gets deported then OP should consider moving to the Mexico for few years. Because this will not be a fast process. Not to mention who knows if his citizenship will be denied or not.

Plus it doesn't matter since the mother is apparently undocumented. Means she cannot adjust status in the US at all. Ever.

Sorry this might not be the popular opinion but the officer at the interview had a right to react that way about the illegal person. 

Because they are peddling to the far left of the party . Its hip to be for "dreamers" (hate that term) and illegal immigrants. It fits into there own made up narrative that they (illegal immigrants) are somehow being taken advantage of and so poor and also because most of them are "brown". 
 
Lefties always love to think they are morally right or have the moral high ground. Then when they paint all the dreamers as poor brown people disadvantaged and all studying to become doctors, lawyers, nurses etc... fighting the mean republicans who want to see them deported as soon as possible (even though they are and never will be a deportation priority if they stay out of trouble according to ICE) that makes them an easy political talking point to make people think the democrats are the ones listening to the minorities and it all ties in well with there agenda of getting immigration populations on there side to vote for them soon.
 
Thats why they always want citizenship for them why not just give them like 5-10 year EAD/APs (which has been proposed by republicans) which serves two purposes. Keeps them safe from deportation IF THEY STAY OUT OF TROUBLE and pretty much have all the same rights and privileges of a permanent resident but with no way to sponsor all of the family members like the parents WHO BROUGHT THEM HERE AGAINST THE LAW.
 
Such a clean bill with maybe modest border security should pass really easily if it wasn't for those Dems looking for new voters.. Oh well
 

Group I have been a little bit away from the forum, but it is for an awesome reason. I am excited to be able to share some good news with you all specially considering the support you`ve all provided not only me but each other throughout of this phase.
 
I got a awesome job and started last monday. My interview was last week, Feb 26 and we were approved on the spot.  We are just super happy and I wanted to share this as quick as possible with you all. I will create a detailed feedback regarding my interview (for now, refer to my signature) process and post here soon, meanwhile I just want to thank all of you @Aviinashh @izavox @Hamilton @GoodVibesOnly @Jesusboy @Texasfiler @adipo21 @mustang85635 @Canelita @PR&PR...and Im sure I am forgetting people but from the hart THANK YOU ALL FOR THE SUPPORT.
