Good morning guys, I finally got some good news - my EAD card was approved, approval notice was sent out yesterday in the mail and my I-485 is now in que for ready to be scheduled for an interview.  I

Just want to update you guys.   Received two approval notices today AP and EAD. Hopefully the card will come soon in the mail.

Same! But has yours been delivered?? Sent mine with USPS. Tracking says it's in transit to Chicago but delayed. Was expected to be delivered yesterday.

Are those going to be the same receipt number?

August 22, 2017 - USCIS received 485, 131, 765 forms

August 24, 2017 - NOA1 Notice Date for 485, 131, 765

August 25, 2017 - Biometrics Notice Date 

September 15, 2017 - Biometrics Appointment for 485 and 765 Completed 

March 30, 2018 - Received RFE for I-131 (in hand April 5th) It was a request for more information because I (wife) filled the preparer's section of the form *face palm*

April 11, 2018 - USCIS  notification that our RFIE was received. 

May 18, 2018 - email from USCIS "new card is being produced" (269 days)

May 23, 2018 - Card was Mailed to me (e-notification)

May 25, 2018 - NOAs for EAD/AP approval  (mail)

May 26, 2018 - received combo card!! 

June 20, 2018 - Green Card Interview Date Notice

July 26, 2018 - Green Card Interview

August 3, 2018 - Green Card in hand!!

March 8, 2017 - NOA2 APPROVED

March 21, 2017 - NVC CASE # 

April 26-29 - Lab, Medical Exam, and Fingerprints done

May 2, 2017 - Interview in Bogotá  && APPROVED!

July 19, 2017 -THE LOML & I TRAVEL TO USA

Hello guys!

I sent my AOS packet yesterday with UPS and it got in Chicago today.

Let's keep us all updated! Probably next week we'll receive texts/e-mails from USCIS.

We live in California and I've read at the AOS April/2017 group that some people from CA are already getting their GCs...

I hope we'll have the same luck, although I've heard also that CA has a long waiting timeline... let's see...

My application was received, I got a receipt number. I'll update if I can find which service center my lawyer sent it to. It says the finger printing fee was received and more details will follow in the mail so that must be the biometric appointment.

Hi everybody.

 

i sent i-130, I-485, I-131, I-765 concurrent August 7th.

 

Package arrived with USPS August 10th.

 

Now waiting for case number and the checks to be cashed.

 

keep you guys updated.

May 20th: we got married 

August 7: I130, I131, I485, I765 via USPS to Chicago lockbox 

August 10: package arrived

August 10: priority date 

August 16: checks cashed 

August 17: received notification via text and email

August 22: received NOA’S

August 25: received biometrics appointment

Sept 5: Biometrics done

Oct 10: submitted expedite

Oct 17: faxed job offer

Nov 14: interview scheduled

Dec 19: interview 

Dec 19: Interview done

Dec 19: Approved and temporary stamp in passport

Jan 1: Green Card received in mailbox

Jun 19 2019: ROC

Heeey guys 😊. 

I sent my Aos package today on 08/14/2017.I sent via UPS they said it will delivered  on  Wednesday we got tracking  number  to track it. I pray to God all goes well for me and everyone's who sent there package.

Yeeeeah, I also hope for everyone to be done with this as soon and not stressing as possible :( :D 

 

Our case:

 

• 08.03.2017 --->  I-130, I-485, EAD filed (express mail, overnight)

• 08.04.2017 --->  package received and signed by J.C.

• 08.09.2017 --->  receipt confirmation on text message and email, routed to the National Benefits Center

• 08.10.2017 --->  checks cashed

• 08.14.2017 --->  received Form I-797C Notice of Action in the mailbox (morning) telling biometrics appointment is being scheduled.

 

11 days since we first filed and already got our I-797C, not bad so far... hope it continues like this.

 

Now let's hope we all have our biometrics soon!

Timeline (From B2 visa to AOS)


July 15, 2016 -> Got married
August 3, 2017 -> Mailed AOS packet (I-130, I-485, I-765)
August 4, 2017 -> Package received
August 14, 2017 -> NOA for I-130 and I-485 (not I-765... called multiple times to ask about this but was told to wait)
August 25, 2017 -> NOA for Biometrics Appt (I-485)
August 30, 2017 -> Sent email asking to look for I-765 (My I-765 was LOST)
September 8, 2017 -> Biometrics Appt for I-485
September 26, 2017 -> Received email from USCIS I-765 found and PD August 4
October, 2017 -> NOA for I-765 and Tier 2 officer cancelled 2nd biometrics

November 3, 2017 -> Raised SR online for I-765

December 11, 2017 -> SR showed as "completed" by the assigned officer

January 8, 2018 -> Name was updated 

January 18, 2018 -> interview scheduled

Looks like we will be joining the August group

Our package is in Chicago but not yet delivered. 

Cant believe the time is here, waiting for the delivered notification.

3/31      We are scheduling your interview  @7:06AM (***My USCIS log in date is 10/7/17 )

I just got my I-140 with premium processing approved:
8/4/2017: Mailed
8/7/2017: Receipt confirmed for all forms (EAD, AP, AOS, I-140 EB-3)

8/15/2017: I-140 EB-3 Approved (premium processing)

8/15/2017: Biometric information mailed

Send package : May 26th

Package received: May 29th - Text confirmation  and case number assigned June 4th

Check cashed: June 5th

June 28th and NOA ...

June 29th: called and summited a NON delivery request (never assigned)

July 10th: Received NOA extension letter

Waiting....

Since July 10th case did not change.
