Thank you- I was assuming he was Muslim/from Afghanistan/Pakistan/Iraq. He’s going through a background check and it’s very likely the WOM will end in denial and you will have an equally or longer CR1. Personally I’d suggest stay where you are. The background check is taking long for a reason.

Pics don't get it done.   What did you show that you actually went to India?  Flights, boarding passes, passport entry stamps?

check out the poverty guidelines for K1 100% and spouse CR1 125% needed for sponsor a person(3 people you and him and our child)
and IRS tax transcripts will be needed for most recent years
if you don't have the required income, line up a joint sponsor who is aware of what that means

I believe the current average timeline is ~4-7 months. Closer to the 5-6 month seems to be most common from what I've heard.
After you apply for AOS + EAD (apply for AP too) and do your biometrics, you can submit an expedite based upon a job offer.

Not being able to work or leave the USA until employment authorized and advance parole received,  which is taking about 6 months after adjustment of status is applied for or green card approval whichever comes first

I think the OP inadvertently created a special new VJ euphemism.  And sadly, unless he returns, he may never know.

This. It is going to be patently obvious for what it is: an attempt to “sneak in” having been denied two other routes.
Estonia is beautiful, have you visited? A trip to the Baltics (soon, before it starts getting cold) is definitely not the worst alternative to her coming here that can think of.

I was going to say this is a good idea. Then I remembered the US and Canada share info, and that the Canadian eTA also asks if you’ve ever been refused a visa anywhere, and I started wondering if she would even get authorization to enter Canada with this history.

Visa waiver does not equal her being able to enter through land. It will still be up to the CBP officer to make a determination. Because was found twice to not qualify, once for the B1 and once for ESTA, and now she is attempting to enter by land, to circumvent the visa process, don't expect to be met with a smile. She should follow the correct process otherwise she risks huge consequences down the road.

So what's the REAL story here?  Because this whole story about arts & crafts projects is simply not believable.

From the time pressure you originally posted made it seem like more than pleasure.

She was most likely denied due to her being able to overcome the presumption of immigrant intent. Until that is solved its unlikely that she will be visiting the US anytime soon. She can reapply anytime but should only really do so when her circumstances have changed

Consulate will expect you to bring them but probably will not look at any documents during the interview
you talk about converstations and video chats/  take them as the embassy expects to see you bring things in but don't expect the CO to look at them
more important is the evidence loaded with the application
the proof of each visit like boarding passes,  passport stamps,  photos of USC with the Tunisian family (especially the mother )  to show they approve

the case will depend on the evidence provided by the USC in the application and your reactions and answers to simple questions about the USC concerning her family,  her likes and dislikes,  your reationship and how it started,   the religions of both and what you intend to do when coming to the US (like get a job or study)
the embassy will take into account the following:
ages of both and age diffences
income of the USC and the poverty level
religions of both and any differences
proof from photos that tunisian family knows and approves
amount of time you 2 have been together (# of visits to Tunisia and length of each visit)

Agreed.  My state requires all new residents to the state (whether they move here from another US state or another country) to obtain a Washington DL within 30 days.  Same goes for licensing cars that people bring when they move here.

I'd have to disagree. Residency as referred to by the DMV has nothing to do with immigration status. Somebody who entered without inspection can be considered a resident by the state and be subject to DMV requirements for residency.

The I-134 does not do a household count. You are thinking of the I-864 maybe? The only reference in the I-134 is
The following persons are dependent upon me for support. If you need extra space to complete this section, use the space provided in Part 7. Additional Information.  So she lists the three kids separately and marks whether they are wholly or partially dependent on her for support. Easy enough for her to know. Sounds like partial.

If your fiancé can't meet the requirement, then one parent does an I-134 instead. London wants a sponsor. It does not have to be the fiancé. It can also be you sponsoring yourself.

If your fiancé is close to having enough, then London may consider her income plus  your savings you mentioned. Bring financial statement(s) showing your savings. If mixed among several banks and such, maybe a summary list would help tie it all together for a total. The I-134 is a subjective decision by the interviewer. They have to be convinced you will not become a public charge, so convince them.

The answer "intend" is only for a sponsor who has a specific allowance they will give so something like
"I will give Johnny $1000/month and provide him with an insured automobile for a period of two years". If there is no specific handout planned, the answer is "Do not intend to give specific contributions"

For the driving, you will want to research the laws in your particular state.  Many states allow new residents to drive only for 30 days on a foreign license.  Some states will not allow immigrants to have a driver's license until they have LPR status.

The research is filling out forms way ahead of time?  LOL, okay.  You may want to read the AOS guides here on VJ at the top blue banner.  Many people are surprised by the delay in being able to work, leave the US (and be readmitted), and drive on the K-1.
