Hello! Since I haven’t seen any from October yet, I thought to make one since I sent my paper September 28th, I will probably be an October filer.

Hope you all have an amazing journey.

It'll be amazing if it's that quick! I'm keen to get back to work. My office is one of the quicker ones looking at the processing times so I'm happy about that at least.

Getting married Saturday filing AOS by Friday, 90 days runs out on the 17th so we are close to the window closing. Never successfully got a SSN but oh well. See at least one familiar face from the October 2018 I-129f board. Hopefully this will be swift even though I am pretty sure it will not be.

Us too (Saturday) but a Nov 2017 filer (we were one of the weird rogue adjudicator approved petitions from mid Nov). See you're from NC! We're in N. Georgia and heading to TN for the big day. AOS will be filed hopefully in the next two weeks but we've got until late November to file.

Had NO CLUE October was the busy wedding season in these parts but we figured out real quick when we couldn't get into a single venue.

Congrats in advance and hope your big day is amazing!

When did you get in USA? Because my 90 days stay will be October 17th too.

I went to get my SSN September 14th and haven’t gotten it yet. I had to send my papers like that.

so i'm unlike you guys... my official one month stay starts tom oct. 5. i'm a dec 2017 filer. i got to the us sept.5. i got married sept 16. i got my marriage certificate sept. 21. i applied for ssn sept 21 too cause i wasn't being shown on the save program because my i94 had an incomplete first name. so on sept 24 i went to a deferred inspection cbp office in san diego and then i was able to correct my name. i appeared on the save system that same day. i got clear on the save program on sept 28. because the ssa officer handling my case doesn't go to work on mondays, i got my ssn yesterday oct 2. same day i got my military base id and joined the deers program (ssn is required), and  today i got my medical insurance under my husband and we also got one utility bill (electricity) under both our names to establish residency. i also got a joint account in chase bank today (which i read here in visajourney forums is hard bank of america and wells fargo is usually the easier ones).  i'm doing the aos documents now and i hope to pass it by saturday, monday at the latest. and all that is like just slightly over a month after my stay. hahaha. but that's cause i've dated my husband since 2014, and i'd visit and stay like 3 months long on some visits here or he'd visit me in whatever country i lived in. so we're kinda on the sure side of things. so i guess i'm one of the few december filers? most of you will be ahead of me? i have some december filer buddies too. but some of them are september aos filers and some will be joinin here as well this month in a week or two.

She arrived July 20th. They ran her through SAVE probably 10 times and every time it came back document mismatch no matter what document they used and the people an SS were less than useless so we finally gave up.

I also got here July 20th!

I went to SSN and they said a few times “we don’t find you in the system” “this doesn’t allow me to put your married last name” well,  not good help to me either.

I came here on 8/30, went to social security office on 9/13 and they couldn't verify me in the SAVES. Had to go through manual verification, but case was approved on 9/19. Btw, I kept my surname after marriage.
