I’m sorry but if your employer is not willing to give you a day off for your naturalization or if you think it wouldn't look nice even if they approve it, then the company shouldn't be listed as one of the top 10.

You can download tax return transcript from IRS website. Just make an account there and you can download yours for free. 1040 it’s not tax transcript. It’s basically the same thing but more like a transcript ( hence the name )

We’ve been through the IV interview process twice in Riyadh, and he’s never asked us anything personal or difficult or tried to trip us up.  He asked (me not her lol) a lot of questions about when you plan to leave for the US, what are your plans when you get there, what will your living arrangements be, things like that.  I dont recall anything about how we met or specifically about our marriage or anything like that but he did go through our original documents for his file.
Just relax, prepare to describe your future plans, and you’ll be fine.

I can tell you with 100% certainty that your spouse and kids can accompany you.  Make sure they bring their passports along.  She can join you at the immigration window even.  They’ll probably want to talk to her more than you if she’s been living over there with you to go over her plans to move back to the US and the I-864 affidavit.
Riyadh never gave my wife (non-USC) a hard time.  As long as all of your documents are in order they are very helpful and the process is very smooth.

What you are saying is how it should be but sadly is not how it is. Jobless people on this site petition for spouses and fiances everyday and are approved with the use of co-sponsors, it is ridiculous but it is how it happens. So the answer to your question is no it will not have an impact on your visa most likely. You will need a joint sponsor regardless of whether she is on Medicaid.

Your wife and child, who are US citizens, do not need affidavits of supports (i-864.)  Only you do because you are the one who is not allowed to use mean tested benefits.

Your wife, as the petitioner, will sign a completed I-864.  She must be the primary sponsor regardless of income.
The joint sponsor will sign a completed I-864.  You will be the only person on this.
The bare minimum your joint sponsor must make in income is $20,575 to support 2 people.

    hi

your wife and son don't count they aren't being sponsored, you are

    they are already USC

regardless of income or not, your wife will have to submit an affidavit of support and there she will list your family

the joint sponsor will only be sponsoring you

he or she has to make enough to cover him or herself, if she or he has their own family, not yours, and you the beneficiary

so it will depend on how much family the joint sponsor has, check out the form above mentioned

Joint sponsor counts THEIR family plus immigrant (you) not your family.

So if the joint sponsor is single the poverty guidelines they must meet are for 2 people.  If they are married with 3 kids, the size is for 6 people.

Please look at https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p to see what the poverty guidelines are for each family size.  It is not 25k per person.

You can call NVC virtually anytime.
    603 334 0700 option 7 and speak with rep.
Give them your I-130 file number. Ex. Starting with Src or wherever the location your I-130 got approved.
Average time for Uscis to Nvc is 2 weeks to a month average time being 3 weeks.
NVC takes average 3 weeks to 6 weeks to assign number for Aos payment and IV fee.
One week average to unlock the DS260.
Then another 60 days or less if no errors for your to get embassy date.
    Hope it helps.

Ask the bank about a w8-ben. You open the account and they can be added on as a non-resident alien.  After arrival then you use a w9 with ssn to change it over to a resident.  Your spouse will need a passport for this process and it can serve as their ID.

Well, birth certificate isn't the same as ID....

You can't really do much with birth certificate - like open bank account or take loans. If you have someone else ID, you can do more damage to that person. So ID are more security risk and I doubt they will send them to anyone abroad...

I honestly don't think that is possible.  I have opened accounts online in the US, but I had to provide copies of valid IDs.  As far as issuing state IDs, you have to be physically present to get them as well as having evidence to verify residence in that state such as utility bills, etc.

You should look for other ways to show intent for domicile.

Not sure how we can help..
You honestly can't open a bank account without some sort of personal ID.
Pretty sure the first step for your wife would be to acquire some American ID card. State ID or Driving License or something.

Not sure what you mean with ordering ID online.

You still don't get it.  Having a son together is great evidence you had some kind of genuine relationship at one time.  Removal of conditions is about evidence you STILL have a bona fide relationship at THAT TIME.  If you don't, or they don't believe you do, you will NOT remove conditions.

The issue is never to prove you have a good excuse for not living together.  Focus on evidence you have an ongoing marital relationship.  Do the things married people do, including visiting as much as possible and getting both names on leases, insurance, credit cards etc.

Your plan is workable, but it will add complications.  Be prepared to deal with it and then deal with it.

No risk if you can effectively document and explain the reasons for the separation.  If you can't document and explain then it may be an issue.

You still need to take the needed steps to combine your lives as any other married couple would
