Few questions prior applying for my US Citizenship

Hi all,

I became a permanent resident on June 14, 2019 through marriage and I’m still married.

From my search online I learned that I could apply for naturalization (N400) 90 days prior completing the three years. My concerns :

1- Does that mean I could apply on March 15, 2022? When is the earliest and legal date to apply ?

2- Does anyone know how much time the process takes until the interview in the state of New Jersey?

3- Do I need to take my wife and son to the interview and ceremony?

I would truly appreciate your answers.

Thank you.
