  1. Yes. The ability to support a new immigrant is based on what you will earn over the FUTURE 12 months. "annual" mean yearly. Lots of inaccurate information out there on the internet.
  2. History will show that this was the biggest conspiracy in American history. Trump wasn't the leader of a conspiracy. He was the target.
  3. Overthinking. Good luck on this last leg of your journey.
  4. That can definitely be considered as a factor in evaluating the authenticity of the relationship. More time together is always better for multiple reasons.
  5. Current annual income is calculated as follows: Gross income from most recent pay period multiplied by number of pay periods per year. If you are paid weekly, then multiply that weekly gross income X 52. That gives you your income for a whole year's time.
  6. Sadly, there is no max. Options are to either wait it out, or WOM (sue).
  7. Being free is a wonderful feeling...believe me.
  8. I would not advise an immediate re-application.
  9. Biometrics for an immigrant visa entrant? That would be very unusual.
  10. Welcome to Visa Journey. Where did you interview? As you know, administrative processing is open-ended. There is no defined period. In addition, it can be neither waived nor expedited. The only option, other than just waiting it out, is to sue the US government (consulate). However, that would not guarantee a positive outcome. Good luck. I hope your visa is issued soon.
  11. Was she interviewed? What was the subject?
  12. Why was it sent to the FPU? There is really nothing you can do other than check the CEAC status for now.
  13. Be aware that the medical exam will expire 6 months after it (the medical) is completed as will the visa. It could expire even sooner than 6 months after the medical. Timing is important.
  14. ***Hijack comment removed to new thread***
  15. ***Topic was split from existing thread*** Details? What consulate ?? Why was it sent to the FPU?
  16. I just can't believe they haven't approved your case yet.
  17. Did you speak to a qualified immigration attorney?
  18. Yes. That is your "A" number or Alien Registration Number.
  19. Alan Dershowitz, prominent dem liberal Constitutional authority, says Trump was within his constitutional rights.
  20. I thought so, too. With the options being either an I-824 or withdrawing and re-submitting a new I-130, I think a new I-130 presents a much simpler path forward since the existing I-130 has other errors.
  21. Those beliefs are not criminal. Those so-called "lies" are freedom of speech. He has a Constitutional right to challenge an election he believed to be tainted. The leftists are going to get an education when the SCOTUS rules.
  22. ***A new post by the OP has been merged with this existing topic*** Mod Hat Off: Yes, USCIS is waiting for an I-485, but an I-485 is not applicable to this case as your spouse is not inside the US. She cannot submit an I-485 from Thailand. Additionally, she cannot enter the US as a visitor with the intent to submit an I-485.
