Not relevant. If she has paid the $220 fee, the card will be processed. -
1. Get on a plane to the US for the visit. 2. Don't sign an I-407 unless you really want to surrender the GC. That is all.

Administrative Processing cannot be expedited, However, a WOM might force the government to make a decision if the interview has already been done. What is the priority date? Is this an F4 visa category?
