  1. No. She is not eligible for an ITIN.

  3. ***Comment split to new topic*** I assume you are aware of the K-1 limitations???
  4. The entertainment value of "The View" is overshadowed by the urge to vomit every time I see any of them or hear those screeching voices.
  5. Your post indicated inaccuracies in the process. Have you looked at other K-1 timelines from fiance's home country? Here is a quick snapshot of some recently updated K-1 timelines. It appears from I-129F approval to interview is roughly 2-3 months.
  6. That isn't how it works. NVC merely assigns a DOC case number and forwards the I-129f to the consulate. The consulate officer is the sole approval authority for visas....not NVC.
  7. Of course it depends on your local office. My wife naturalized early this year in Dallas. Took 172 days from filing to oath.
  8. The petitioner is a Green card holder? If so, there seem to be a couple issues. Status Visa Bulletin dates
  9. Congratulations!!! That's pretty fast. Took my wife 172 days.
  10. Your inquiry won't create any issues, nor will it prevent any AP. It seems you just have to wait for the consulate. Good luck.
  11. Here are some recently updated timelines which might be helpful:
  12. Unfortunately, the process can take up to 2 years. The average case, as reported by other VJ members, takes over 600 days. The USCIS approval is only the first part of the entire process. I don't mean to discourage you. Just prepare. Good luck on the rest of the journey.
  13. If you are planning on a birth inside the US, I would prepare a plan B. You could be looking at several more months before the visa is issued.
  14. The leftists practice the things they claim to oppose. They are simply hypocrites.
  15. This is one of those situations which might warrant the US citizen locating to the US first.
  16. Wife took her foreign passport to the interview. The officer wanted to see the ADIT stamp she had gotten. Yes, they gave her passport back. They have no right to keep it (Some people need their foreign passports when they enter their home country).
  17. I just re-read wife's oath invitation. I assume they want you to bring the passports you used for the travel after your interview.
  18. Foreign spouse's mailing and physical address can be changed on the DS-260. Nothing will be sent physically to beneficiary until the passport with visa is delivered after interview. All other correspondence will be via email.
  19. I'm sorry things are not working as planned. If you actually divorce, remember to withdraw your I-864 and I-130 at the consulate and NVC prior to the visa being issued.
  20. Well, yes...but I'm from the sophisticated part of the state. I'm not from up in the hills.
  21. Suggestions? Evidence must be screened by human eyes. Vetting must be done by humans.
  22. Another version is "Did you get your limit of squirrels?"
