This should be corrected at the interview, and you can mention to the CO that you have passed your second wedding anniversary. It is perfectly legal to come to the US, get married and leave for an eventual spousal visa. A couple of key items, you are not required to offer any information to CBP, you are only required to answer their questions truthfully. Also, you should bring evidence showing your need to return, such as a job you need to return to, evidence of lease or ownership of property, etc. Overall, as long as you are not showing up at CBP with most or all of your worldly possessions, you should be fine.
