Start with the I130/I130A for a spousal visa. Here is a good guide. Good Luck!

N-400 name change to married name

I could not find any specific information about that field office and the only reviews here on VJ only cover AOS. If you want to officially change your name, why not use the N400. Good Luck! -
N-400 name change to married name

What office? My cousins changed their names processing through the Detroit off which only does judicial oaths, and the oath ceremony was less than a month after the interview. Good Luck! -
This may be helpful. Since your absence was under 12 months, you may be able to overcome it. Good Luck! https://www.uscis.gov/policy-manual/volume-12-part-d-chapter-3

Suspended driver joins court hearing while driving
Dashinka replied to Boiler's topic in Current Events and Hot Social Topics
I liked this version. The prosecutors look like they are about to start laughing, and the public defender looks exasperated. https://www.yahoo.com/news/watch-judge-baffled-man-suspended-022200678.html -
I-485 RFE
Dashinka replied to ATCSUSNRET's topic in Adjustment of Status (Green Card) from K1 and K3 Family Based Visas
All you can do at this point is review the package you sent in and see if something jumps out at you. Good Luck! -
If you take the spousal visa route, of course you will need to get married, then maybe about 6 months after she returns to start her 2 yr requirement you can submit the I130’s for her and the children. It will take 18-24 months for those to process to the consulate phase, and then when the 2 years are close to being complete she can schedule the interviews. Good Luck!

It is just we know very little of the situation of your girlfriend and her children. Does she have sole legal custody of the children? Is their father still in the picture? You have to look at situations like this when bringing children to the U.S. as if the father is still in the picture, he will need to grant some level of agreement to allow the children to immigrate. You don’t need that to actually file an I130 for them, but it will be needed at the consulate interviews if they are required to have one. Good Luck! P.S. I would suggest pursuing an I130 over a K1 here.

So another 4-5 years of waiting. We filed for my stepson in the F3 category back in 2020, so we are in the waiting game as well. Good Luck!

I don’t disagree, but it is interesting how the company responds (see below) in a hypocritical fashion. Maybe the company should say if you want better tyre life, don’t buy an EV. One of the big marketing strategies behind EV’s is they are fun to drive with instant torque, with 0-60 times regularly emphasized, low CoGs so cornering is great, etc. I remember @Mike E telling us this was the main reason he bought his Tesla which is just fine. The problem is that this marketing works for the early adopters, but as the vehicles go more mainstream, people will be surprised by how poor the tyre life is on EVs simply due to the massive weight increases of the vehicle, and not just because they are launching themselves from a stop sign or red light or trying to take a corner at 50. We also need to remember that the tyre wear directly translates into emissions of particulates and VOCs. A spokesman said: “Tyre longevity is influenced by a wide range of factors, most importantly the way in which the vehicle is driven, for example, hard cornering, braking and acceleration can cause more wear than gentle driving.”

HOW LOW CAN BLUE CITIES SINK? [merged threads]
Dashinka replied to TBoneTX's topic in Current Events and Hot Social Topics
I don’t disagree with anything you wrote with one exception (see below), but there is a reason property crime is rising in areas like this, and why thieves feel brazen enough to do what they do. I know many that label themselves “progressives” like to deride “broken windows” policing/prosecuting, but they work. It works not just for the rich and well off, but it works for the middle and lower class that just want to live their lives in peace. There is a reason these criminal gangs do these things in places like LA, NYC, SF, Seattle, etc., because they can with little or no risks. As to my disagreement, it is using statistics for crime rates. Statistics can be massaged to show almost anything. Does the LA Police even make reports for car parts theft anymore? Are all crimes actually reported to the FBI to show the statistics? Anyway, I hope they find the people that did this and prosecute them fully, but I am not holding my breath given the person that runs the prosecutor’s office in LA. -
Thanks, I forgot USCIS does not list the I485 biometrics fee separate anymore. To the OP, money order or check works, or you can pay with a credit card using form G1450. Good Luck! https://www.uscis.gov/forms/filing-fees

Do a search on I130 expedite approved here in the VJ search function, and you will find some. YMMV. Good Luck! https://www.visajourney.com/sitesearch/?cx=partner-pub-3407508467788263%3A9725800110&cof=FORID%3A10&ie=UTF-8&q=I130+expedite+&sa=Search
