  1. This data only uses input from VJ members, so take it for what it is worth. Good Luck!
  2. You should be fine as you are bringing plenty of evidence showing your ties to Germany. Also remember, you only have to answer the questions from the CBP officer truthfully, there is no requirement to add information that is not asked for. Good Luck!
  3. File your I751 in late January a day or two after your window opens, then you should be fine renewing your DL with your extension letter and expired GC as you should receive your extension letter 2-3 weeks after filing the I751. Good Luck!
  4. This may be helpful. Make sure she has studied the civic questions! Good Luck! https://www.uscis.gov/citizenship/learn-about-citizenship/the-naturalization-interview-and-test
  5. I would expect anything from 1-4 weeks or so. Hopefully it will be on the low end, but I doubt anyone can completely predict this accurately. Good Luck!
  6. If not working and traveling are priorities, then a spousal visa is for you. The first step is to get legally married, and since your USC fiancé is living in Italy with you they have a few options. If the USC spouse has an exceptional circumstance such as a job to get back to, that requires immediate needs to repatriate to the U.S. they can look into direct consular processing. If this is not the case, the USC can submit the I130 and still live with you in Italy until it processes which may take 18-24 months. Good Luck!
  7. It is just everyone’s imagination I guess. Sounds like the Democrats have ramped up the gaslighting. Colorado gov. claims Aurora's migrant gang takeover is just 'imagination' despite video, local leaders' outcry and residents fleeing their homes https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-13795253/Colorado-gov-Jared-Polis-Auroras-migrant-gang-takeover-Tren-Aragua-imagination-video-evidence.html
  8. Sounds like enough at this point. All you really need to file the I130 is a marriage certificate, you can add more evidence when the petition reaches the NVC stage. Good Luck!
  9. What have you done in 8 years of marriage to commingle the marriage? Do you have wills or living wills? Have you filed taxes showing yourself married? Have you created a joint bank account? You can only submit evidence you have, but I would say being married for 8 years is a definite plus even with it being a long distance marriage. You might have more photos or chats considering the length of the marriage, I would focus on the more recent material. Good Luck!
  10. If you have issues with airline staff, show them the CBP carrier guide page 10. Otherwise, you should be fine traveling via a land crossing. Good Luck! https://www.cbp.gov/sites/default/files/assets/documents/2023-Nov/Carrier Information Guide ENGLISH.pdf
  11. I agree with @Family, file the I129 as a K3 to see what happens. Maybe it jump starts you case, maybe not. Maybe you are on of the handful of K3’s issued each year. Comparing your case with others is tough, and we cannot really comment about what could be holding up your specific case, but trying to jump through immigration hoops to shave a month or two off timing might be more risky than it is worth. Use this time to continue to build your marriage, helping your foreign spouse pre-adjust to life in the U.S. and your specific locale where you will be living. You can search out job opportunities that may be available when they enter the U.S., etc. I do not suggest divorcing and starting from day one with an I129F. Good Luck!
  12. Since I am a bit captive to watching or at least listening to English speaking channels, I have been hearing about this particularly on BBC. I heard there may have been one or two or three arrests. Supposedly the person wielding the assault weapon turned themselves in. ISIS seems to have taken responsibility, and it seems a refugee center was raided.
  13. Hot. Actually, in Korea now, and am having much more fun. I have watched more global news this past week, than in the last five years. I am amazed at how much even journalists at the BBC fawn over Harris, and try to depict Walz as a moderate.
  14. It really was not a good speech, just more scripting. I will say I was out of touch for a week in China, has she actually given an interview yet or answered any questions? For me that is a deal breaker, if she cannot sit down with an unfriendly or unsympathetic journalist instead of one of the activists from the MSM, she cannot sit across from any world leader except for maybe Trudeau or Starmer.
  15. I agree, it doesn’t hurt to try. Good Luck!
  16. How are they getting past the 3 or 5 yr rule? That is not something that can simply be waived by EO.
  17. She will need to find a co-sponsor. The co-sponsor has to be an adult, either a USC or LPR and residing in the US. Good Luck!
  18. Should not be a big issue. They may be questioned as to why they have been out of the US for almost a year, but in general they should be fine. Good Luck!
