Maybe it would be better to put this in the Off Topic area to reach a wider audience since many stay away from CEHST.

What is an "assault weapon"? Is a knife an assault weapon? A hammer? An automobile? I know, all of those have other functions, but they can certainly be used to assault and batter or even kill someone. My other question is why are Democrats so against self defense? Who will come to your aid if for some reason you need it? The police Democrats want to rid of of? Police are now a reactionary force as any preventative policing has been described as racist by you guessed it Democrats. Yes, mental health is a major issue, and if you dig into the details of the majority of the mass shootings you will find most of them are committed by people on antipsychotic drugs. Maybe Rudy was right about broken windows, but by following the Democrat path of letting things like mass shoplifting off with nothing, not even a slap on the wrist, people will become more brazen, and personal protection will become a necessity. I never felt the need to own a gun, but now I am re-thinking that mentality with how the Democrats and their "progressive" ideals are leading us to ruin.

Did the CO or the 221g actually request any additional information? A green 221g usually means AP which could mean many things, like additional background checks, or they are trying to get more information from your birth country (K1's seem to be quite difficult in many countries). Hopefully it goes soon, but no one can actually predict how long it might last. I have heard some lawyers talk a writ of mandamus for a case that has been sitting for more than six months, but that is completely up to you. Good Luck!

We would have weathered inflation much better and not reached a cumulative 20+% inflation over 3+ years if not for the reckless spending of the Biden/Harris administration. Trying to justify the inflation in the U.S. based on worldwide issues only shows how detrimental “progressive” policies are to everyone.

It comes down to issues instead of personality. It appears you are fixated solely on personality, but when you eliminate that aspect, Trump’s positions and his actual actions as President are as moderate and common sense as anyone’s. No one knows what Harris and Walz stand for, but if you look at their past positions, they are further left than Sanders.

So you believe a lot of leftist sources with their Democrat talking points? I am really starting to believe that those that support Democrats only look at left wing media. I especially liked the Charlottesville reference which is easily debunked if you actually listen to Trump’s words instead of relying on Democrat gaslighting.

N400 10 yrs greencard divorced
Dashinka replied to Plumshirt650's topic in US Citizenship General Discussion
Since you are filing under the 5 year rule, you only need to provide evidence of your current marital status, and previous marriages. You should not need to provide evidence of the relationship. Good Luck! -
Seems doable based on what you described. You can work out the place of domicile as you move forward. I am curious, why not get married and pursue a spousal visa with essentially the same plan? You are together now, and you can do the Utah Zoom wedding to satisfy immigration. The spousal visa is so much superior to the K1. Good Luck!

It’s all about the marketing they are getting from the MSM. There is a big push to anoint her some sort of superstar with all hope and change, and Democrats like to vote for an idol. Now this may work, but there is that pesky 4 years of being part of the Biden Administration that they need to try and hide.

So you are already a U.S. citizen based on being an LPR and a minor when your parents naturalized. Now that you are an adult, I think you can still apply for a U.S. passport with the proper documents, mother’s naturalization certificate, and your birth certificate, but others may know better. As to getting your own naturalization certificate, you would use the N600. Do not file an N400 as that appears to be a waste of time and money. Good Luck!

Marriage Question
Dashinka replied to ChrisAndJohn's topic in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures
Personally, I would say you plan on getting married 2-3 weeks after your eventual arrival in the U.S. on the K1 visa if approved. I would not add any specific dates, or anything like that as you never know until the visa is issued. Good Luck! -
I don’t think Trump ever claimed to have served, or retired at a rank that was not his, or served in combat. Walz’s is a case of stolen valor that he has used for political gain which is a slap in the face to those that did serve. So things don’t change in 20 years. It is a fact that Trump is getting more support from the minority communities, and the Democrats/progressives are touting things like segregation, safe spaces, and DEI to keep people separated in their political identities unless of course some open their minds, and then it is attack and destroy by the Democrats.

I think you are mixing up what the MSM has been saying with what is really happening. There is one Party that allows for equality, and it is not the one represented by the donkey. Btw, Old Corrupt Joe said if Trump was to be elected, there is the possibility of not having a peaceful transfer of power. I guess the left/Democrats are a fairly terroristic party.
