  1. Already setting up another four years of Russian collusion narrative? I am not a big fan of Cocaine Mitch, but we can be grateful that he kept Merrick Garland off the Supreme Court. US accuses Russia of 2024 election interference https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/c8rx28v1vpro
  2. This does not make any sense. The Chevy Volt is a range extending hybrid with a fuel tank, and the range on only battery is about 50 miles. That being said, driving long distances in an EV is a joke even if you are in a Tesla. My wife and I are heading to Utah in a few weeks, no way I would try it in an EV. We regularly drive 1000-1500 miles a day.
  3. Really depends on the country, but more visits are usually a good thing when the interview comes around. Good Luck!
  4. They can, but she cannot officially naturalize until after her 3 year anniversary of being an LPR.
  5. What is the deal, is Biden no longer allowed in the Oval Office?
  6. I guess Tim Walz is not really well respected by his own family.
  7. If he keeps this promise, this is worth voting for Trump regardless as to how you feel about the guy. Donald Trump Suggests He'll Release Jeffrey Epstein 'Client List' If Elected Epstein's murky life as an accused sex trafficker has been a topic of intense public interest and speculation since his death by suicide five years ago, partly due to Trump's past association with the late financier and sex offender (who also had links to high-profile Democrats like former President Bill Clinton.) When asked why a list of people connected to Epstein hasn't been made public, Trump suggested that he would "certainly take a look at it" if given the opportunity. https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/donald-trump-suggests-he-ll-release-jeffrey-epstein-client-list-if-elected/ar-AA1pW0sR?ocid=BingNewsSerp
  8. The CO at the interview may ask how you communicate with each other, so she can explain that you are studying each other’s languages and also use translation apps. As to new evidence, you can add that when the case reaches the NVC stage, don’t try getting it to USCIS as it is hit or miss that it will actually make it to your case, and it is really the consulate that will be most interested in your ongoing relationship and additional visits during the process will look good then. Good Luck!
  9. Three months is about average for a DCF, and no a pan attorney cannot make it faster.
  10. You can try DCF if you have something (a letter, etc.) showing the need to repatriate, or possibly due to your medical condition. Since you no longer have an active I130 I would think DCF is an option. Here is a thread with some details as to how to get started. Good Luck!
  11. You should be fine with the IRS tax transcript, in fact most consulates prefer the IRS transcripts over copies of returns and W2s. Good Luck!
  12. No, this is not the right course. The right course is to divorce her ASAP, but remain on decent terms and encourage her to naturalize on her own under the five year rule. This ends your immigration obligation.
  13. This is a great thought. To the OP, let her naturalize and that ends your I864 obligation. Although if she naturalizes in 2 more years the I864 is no longer an issue.
  14. No one’s saying that,” he said. “No one’s asking for that agenda. What they’re asking for is to be treated fairly, with dignity.” https://www.yahoo.com/news/tim-walz-uses-trumps-exact-052248684.html Not sure we should listen to anything that Walz says as he is guilty of stolen valor. Regardless, I am not super rich and I got a tax cut.
  15. Don’t forget about Feinstein back in the day.
  16. If you have concrete evidence you can always contact ICE with it. The email address is in the disclaimer at the bottom of the VJ page.
  17. Interesting. Another great reason not to keep a listening device in one’s home.
  18. Seems like some very petulant actions by a Democrat aid in NY. Former New York official accused of acting as a Chinese government agent In exchange, Sun and her husband received numerous gifts and benefits, including having a personal chef of a Chinese official prepare “Nanjing-style salted ducks” that were delivered to the home of her parents. Hu’s business also received benefits. The couple were accused of laundering the proceeds and buying a $1.9 million condominium in Hawaii as well as other luxury goods. “As alleged, while appearing to serve the people of New York as Deputy Chief of Staff within the New York State Executive Chamber, the defendant and her husband actually worked to further the interests of the Chinese government and the CCP,” stated United States Attorney Breon Peace. “The illicit scheme enriched the defendant’s family to the tune of millions of dollars.” https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/world/former-new-york-official-accused-of-acting-as-a-chinese-government-agent/ar-AA1pVW7F?ocid=BingNewsSerp
  19. No, it is best to keep your specific questions in your own thread. You may try PMing the members that went through Naples if they are still active. Good Luck!
  20. This thread may be helpful as it includes references to DCF in Naples as well as the DCF process in general. Good Luck!
  21. Same for my then fiancé. I think she may still have them somewhere, but no one ever asked for them. To the OP, don't lose sleep over this, the process has changed to a mostly electronic system. Good Luck!
  22. File the I485 AOS package ASAP. Overstays are forgiven for spouses of USCs. Good Luck!
