  1. Isn’t this how it was pretty much done in the past? Australia starts world-first peanut allergy treatment for babies Babies with peanut allergies in Australia will be offered treatment to build immunity to the potentially life-threatening condition, under a world-first programme. Supervised by select paediatric hospitals, eligible babies will be given gradually increasing doses of peanut powder each day for at least two years, to reduce sensitivity. Oral immunotherapy has been available in clinical trials and some specialist allergy centres around the globe, but this is the first time it has ever been adopted as a national model of care for peanut allergies. Australia is often dubbed the "allergy capital of the world", with one in 10 infants diagnosed with food sensitivities. https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/c0xj3xq5l1vo
  2. Democrats seem to be the Party of petulance and intolerance.
  3. Since Kamala was in charge of the border (commonly referred to as the "Border Czar/Tsar"), I guess this is on her. Illegal immigrant accused of running over grandmother in fatal Virginia carjacking An El Salvadoran man accused of killing a Virginia woman during a weekend carjacking was living in the United States illegally, immigration authorities said. Jose Aguilar-Martinez, 21, is charged in the fatal Sunday encounter that resulted in the death of 54-year-old Melody Waldecker, a grandmother, FOX 5 DC reported. https://wfin.com/fox-national-news/illegal-immigrant-accused-of-running-over-grandmother-in-fatal-virginia-carjacking/
  4. She is completely unqualified, but of course that is not what the Democrats are going for with their low information voters.
  5. She should be able to update any information as to address or any other information on the DS260 at the interview. Good Luck!
  6. I understand that Iran is being suspected of meddling in the US election. Any guess as to who they are trying to help?
  7. Nope, I am suggesting that this thread be merged into the Election Strategy master thread.
  8. I am curious as to why we have two election strategy threads going now?
  9. I do love the entire "weird" narrative the Democrats and MSM are pushing. I wonder if the folks in Portland and Austin will start supporting Trump now? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Keep_Austin_Weird https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Keep_Portland_Weird
  10. Depends on if the USC spouse already submitted an I130 to USCIS. If they did, the DCF option is out and the OP has not answered that question yet.
  11. Yes, I believe you do need to provide all that information even though it seems redundant to the IR2 applications (different departments, different bureaucrats). The last two bullet points are important when passing on US citizenship to children born abroad (USC parent, or USC grandparent, must have resided in the US for 5 years with at least two years after turning 14 years of age). Good Luck!
  12. Thanks, and you are correct, if the final divorce decree is in hand, the I751 is not subject to the 90 day filing window.
  13. Here is a relatively recent DCF thread showing the process for London. This is the fastest way, and you can stay together while the consulate processes the I130 if they agree to do it.
  14. Not accurate. Actually, you can stay together while the visa process is occurring. Has you USC husband already filed and I130 for you? If not, check into DCF. Nope, you can stay together as long as he can convince the consulate he has evidence of his intent to establish domicile in the US as a USC. You can actually come together after the visa is issued, the only rule is he will have to enter the US first or at the same time as you. I think the other thread from March answered much of this, the only difference is it appears the USC spouse will be able to transfer work. Good Luck!
  15. More Democrat racism? I understand they call Kamala their coconut. Is that white on the inside?
  16. I'll take "Names that begin with K" for a $1,000 Alex Why do Democrats insist that people segregate themselves into groups based on race, or other demographics?
  17. Why would they plan to do this event in the Paris sewer?
  18. Here is a thread that may be helpful in showing your intent to re-establish domicile. Good Luck!
  19. If the issue is caused by the availability of interview appointments, yes, the consulates will generally extend the validity of the I129F.
  20. Even with a new CO, the notes from the previous interview will be in the record. You need to address the issue, as others have said maybe contact your US House member or US Senator to see if they can shake the NOIR/NOID loose from USCIS, you can also try the CIS Ombudsman. The issue needs to be addressed, and since it seems you don't know what that issue is, you need the NOIR/NOID. Good Luck! https://www.dhs.gov/topics/cis-ombudsman
  21. Ultra/Extreme leftist Kamala, I understand she is further left than Bernie Sanders. She also is not very kind to some in the bureaucracy. Kamala Harris’ history of comparing DHS to racists, including equating ICE to the KKK https://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2024/jul/28/kamala-harris-history-of-comparing-dhs-to-racists/
  22. I agree, best to get the divorce proceedings moving as that moves to a different clock than the I751. Based on the date you gave where I assume you mean she entered in September 2023 on a spousal visa, so she has a little time before she has to submit the I751. If she has a final divorce decree, she can submit the I751 with a divorce waiver sometime in June 2025 and it should go smoothly. You can also provide an affidavit expressing that the divorce is amicable and everything prior to that was done in good faith that she can add to that package. Good Luck!
  23. Just to be clear, I think you meant CBP can refuse admission...
