  1. When was the I130 submitted, and what is your Priority Date?
  2. N400 processing times are governed by the local USCIS field offices. Some offices are less busy and very fast, and others have more workload and are slower. Four months is pretty quick, but hopefully something will break soon. Good Luck!
  3. AP is typical for almost all visa applications. Hopefully the visas will be finalized quickly. Good Luck!
  4. It will be interesting to see how things shake out. It appears there was some rumblings in Seattle, but apparently the leadership there was a little more forceful in breaking it up. We shall see as it gets closer to Jan. 20.
  5. Even in Trump’s speech this morning he said he was in favor of legal immigration (don’t believe all the rhetoric of the Democrats and their allies in the mainstream media. You will be fine to continue your journey via the K1. Good Luck!
  6. If anyone wants some entertainment, go on X and check out the LibsofTikTok thread with the lefties melting down. I would love to post them here, but there is a lot of language that is not family friendly.
  7. I am not sure she really had much choice. Do you think Shiparo, Newsom or Whitmer wanted to hitch their wagon to Kamala's?
  8. Remember when Joe and Mika were in love with Trump? There are plenty of recordings out there showing the giddiness of Mika when Trump called in back in 2016. Of course Trump stopped calling, and he also commented on Mika's cosmetic surgery, and now...
  9. So what is the over/under for when the MSM calls it for Trump?
  10. I suspect these snowflake rooms at various universities will be busy today. https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/georgetown-u-provides-self-care-suites-for-coddled-students-stressed-about-election-day-complete-with-milk-and-cookies-and-coloring-books/ar-AA1tyMAu?ocid=BingNewsVerp
  11. Might want to consider changing the title of this thread to “Results of 2024 Election”. When does Old Corrupt Petulant Joe start his “I told you so” tour? https://decisiondeskhq.com/results/2024/General/President/
  12. Yes, some of those hoodoos and domes can look pretty naughty! 🤣 Btw, hw busy was Arches?
  13. Hmm, there was no political violence when the 2020 results were finally revealed. Sure the Jan. 6 rally got a bit out of hand, but otherwise were peaceful, Trump actually did leave the WH. Now in 2016, I remember riots and political violence happening in many places. So which side are they preparing for?
  14. Hard to say, but the overall recommendation is if you are scheduled for an N400 interview with an I751 pending, assume it will be a combo interview and have you spouse go with you. Even if the IO does not conduct an I751 interview, it doesn’t hurt to mention that your spouse is with you, and supporting you for your N400 especially when applying based on marriage. I remember in our case, my wife applied for naturalization based on marriage with our I751 pending. She was called for an N400 interview with no mention of the I751, but I went with her regardless. The IO invited me back for a brief I751 interview where the IO had our fairly extensive I751 package in front of her. The IO asked a few questions about our marriage (nothing like a Stokes separate interview), and reviewed the I751 form, then asked if we wanted to add any additional evidence, so we gave her our latest joint tax filing information. Then I was escorted to the waiting area, and my wife continued with the N400 alone. It was fairly easy and took about 15-20 minutes total. Of course YMMV as not all offices or IO’s are the same (ours was pre-Covid), but if you have a bonafide marriage, and your I751 package is complete with plenty of marital evidence, I would not fret. Just keep preparing for the civics test, and you should be fine. Good Luck!
  15. Definitely the loss of a music icon. R.I.P. Mr. Jones. Quincy Jones, music titan who worked with everyone from Frank Sinatra to Michael Jackson, dies at 91 Quincy Jones, the multitalented music titan whose vast legacy ranged from producing Michael Jackson’s historic “Thriller” album to writing prize-winning film and television scores and collaborating with Frank Sinatra, Ray Charles and hundreds of other recording artists, has died at 91. Jones’ publicist, Arnold Robinson, says he died Sunday night at his home in the Bel Air section of Los Angeles, surrounded by his family. Jones was to have received an honorary Academy Award later this month. https://apnews.com/article/quincy-jones-dead-a9e31c7e39c448d8971519f47a22dd21
  16. Empty threat as he would have to prove (with solid evidence) that he was duped and participated in the fraud unwillingly.
