No one needs that many to speak to the bonafides of a relationship where you have lived together for so long.

Islamabad is 12 to 14 months now for CR1/IR1. Lagos is 16 months. Ghana was correct right at 12.5 months that was on point. But they are assuming IL's go out. Lagos hasn't scheduled since January just sitting.

This is laughable. Islamabad, Mumbai are at 12 months. Nigeria has not sent out IL's since January and are now still on Dec, 2020 DQ. Ghana starting to send out they are at June 2020 DQ. So exactly what is caught up you say? This isn't anywhere close to official site. And the 94 a month normally. Lagos hasn't issued more than 10 in about a year. But keep the faith love how they have Normally. Still don;t get where you even think they are caught up and almost 1/2 million cases are now magically cleared up. This is the kind of false hope and nonsense fake news that depresses folks and sends anxiety on edge.

Well that would be years in the making actually if you just did nothing it will sit and eventually expire after well over a year. You need to withdrawal to stop all action and progress now.

Like I said the reason for your expedite does not exist for you anymore. Correct? So why would Lagos expedite you when you are no longer in the throws of war. You are safe now out of there.

I realize that. But the expedite is not relevant now because you are n longer in danger. If you had stayed in Germany you would have received the interview. But you can always try for an expedite to Lagos if you feel you have a case. What is your DQ date so I can add you to the spreadsheet?

Nothing you can do but wait. Right now they are at Dec. 10, 2020 DQ date. Last IL's for Lagos went out January. And it is true the focus right now was to get K1's caught up they requested all of 2021 waiting at NVC to embassy so they can start scheduling. Hopefully IR/CR/F2A category gets next up. 4 months is along wait to not be seeing IL's for categories that were at one point Priority one.

This year seems possible. Lagos has not sent out IL's since January. They are still on DQ Dec 10, 2020. But first you need to work on transferring your case.

I would call them because you don;t need I-130 since you married within 90 days from a K1 not needed. However in their system they seem to not be as astute. Call them and clear it up.
