IF THIER PARENTS APPLY FOR VISIT VISA WILL IT TAKE ANY PROBLEM. I ALREADY SENT NVC FOR WITHDRAWN OF CASE. suppose if i didnt write a letter to NVC for withdrwan. how much time will be for inactive of such case automatically and creates no problem and he can apply for his visit visa to meet his parents here in USA.

NO Dear i havent paid fees nor submit any documsnts to NVC . i didnt have any contact my ex now. for his help to come visit USA to meet his Parenst im asking this .

kINLDY ANSWER THIS QUESTION ITS VERY IMPORTANT FOR ME. PLESAE PLEASE HI I WANT TO KNOW I HAVE APPLIED CRI FOR MY HUSBAND CASE WAS APPROVED ON AUG 15, 2021 AND TRANSFERRED TO NVC BUT DIVORCED DONE. I WANT TO KNOW HOW MUCH TIME WILL IT TAKE FOR NVC TO REJECT THE CASE AUTOMATICALLY IF APPLICANT GIVE NO RESPOND AT ALL. OR CAN MY EX-HUSBAND CAN APPLY FOR VISIT VISA FORM PAKISTAN WHILE HIS CASE PENDING AT NVC NOW. ( NOTE I'M APPLICANT & I DIDNT APPROCH NVC OR USCIS FOR WITHDRWAN OF CASE). BEST REGADS
