I'm CR1 beneficiary and I need a complex maxilary-Dental surgery. It can not be performed in my country as, doctors don't have the technology and deny me treatment, we tried everything you can think of. So We took the decision to get it done in the U.S. My husband found out the procedure is very simple there and they work with people high risk like myself (I have several chronic illnesses) The question is can the CR1 visa be expedited because of my health so severe? And will this be a problem at the time of my medical exam? Thank you

Only petitioner is subject to expediting; not the beneficiary.

Besides the US, you can go to another country to do your dental surgery.

The truth is that you the foreign spouse is in urgent need of treatment not available where you are.  That it must be done in the USA, is simply not true.  No, you will not get your case expedited for that reason.  If it's urgent, there's a whole other world out there, so pick a place to go get the treatment you need.  Will probably be less expensive in a country nearer to where you live now.

Sounds more like a B2 medical

A lot of people I know who need major dental go to Mexico

No we can not go to another country for my dental surgery. I said we tried everything already and with my health limitations and money being tight the only option we have is getting it at the dental facility of my husband town. Plus my surgery is very conplex and risky most countries don't perform it because of that reason alone. I never said I would expedite my own visa case.

If money is tight how can you afford such treatment?

It is VERY TRUE. Your reply is not contructive but only make assumptions. Check how bad the medical system is in Argentina. I alredy tried EVERY HOSPITAL. We can not travel the whole world out there. My husband is an average American with a decent job but not wealthy. I can't believe you argue about this. So yes my dental treatment can be only done in the U.S. we already investigated and surgeons were OK with me having 10 chronic illnesses and being very high risk. I literally got rejected in EVERY Argentine hospital and dentist office because they can not treat such patients like myself.

As I said we tried every hospital in my country. I have 10 chronic illnesses, I'm high risk and every doctor denies me treatment because legally I they can not use the IV medication I need. Please do not suggest me to go to another country. That's not an option for us. Hope you understand

I'm not arguing.  I'm telling it like it is. This is not going to work.  It would only work if your husband had this problem and also needed you and you only as a caregiver during the treatment.  You asked for advice.  You're getting it straight.  If you have no other options, that does not change the facts or my advice.  If there really is no other place to get this treatment, it will just have to wait.

It costs only your time to try though.  I wouldn't get your hopes up.
