Hi guys!  I am engaged to a woman from Uganda and we are starting our 129F form process.  Can someone please confirm if this is correct for EVERYTHING that is needed to submit:

1. Cover Letter?

(Not sure if this is needed or what this should contain)

2. G1450 and  I-129F
3.  Letter of Intent to Marry
(Gonna use this one (removed))
4.  Pictures of Evidence of Us Together
(Sending 10 photos of my trip to Uganda with her)
5.  Passport Photo of Me and Her
(This one might be tricky because the requirements are very very specific.  I do NOT want to get this rejected because I don't want to waste 500$ , which amounts to a weeks worth of my salary over small issues This is my current plan for the passport photos:
TAKE PHOTOS AT WALGREENS WITH REQUIREMENTS THEN GO TO WALMART TO PRINT on glossy paper)
6.  My Birth Certificate Photo Copy

Please also confirm if ALL THIS STUFF should be sent to this address :

U.S. Postal Service (USPS):
USCIS
Attn: I-129F
P.O. Box 660151
Dallas, TX 75266-0151

FedEx, UPS, and DHL deliveries:
USCIS
Attn: I-129F (Box 660151)
2501 South State Highway 121 Business
Suite 400
Lewisville, TX 75067-8003

If everything here looks great, please let me know!!! IF not , please tell me what I need to add or remove!  THANK YOU SO MUCH

3.  Letter of Intent to Marry

You need one for each (beneficiary and petitioner)

The biggest concern I see here is lack of evidence of an in person meeting within the last two years which is the whole basis if I-129f petition. This includes things like passport stamps, boarding passes, etc. Lack of showing this will lead to, if not straight denial, then Request for Evidence which will delay your case.

You need to have evidence that you actually traveled to Uganda

Every passport photo I’ve had taken by Walgreens has been rejected by the U.S. or Canadian passport agency.

However, printing photos at Walgreens ia fine.

Just take selfies, run them through any of many online sizers and background removers, and you will IME get the best results.

Thanks!  I'll update it :

1. Cover Letter?

(Not sure if this is needed or what this should contain)

2. G1450 and  I-129F
3.  Letter of Intent to Marry
(Gonna use this one (removed))
4.  EVIDENCE
10 photos of us together, , Passport Stamp Photo, Yellow Fever Vaccination Photo, Flight Receipts
5.  Passport Photo of Me and Her
6.  EVIDENCE: My Birth Certificate Photo Copy

OK , Everything else should be good now, the only thing that needs fixing is number 5.

NUMBER 5:

I do agree with you Mike E, however, I recently had my passport RENEWED after submitting a photo of myself taken at Walgreens.  Therefore I think I should still be able to take the photo at Walgreens and print it out at Walmart.  I'm still learning towards that as well since I am not at all familiar with how to use Google to format the picture or selfie in a way that's compatible to such a specific requirement of the photos, as mentioned below from the Official I-129F instructions:

"You must submit one color passport-style photograph of yourself and one color passport-style photograph of the beneficiary taken within 30 days of filing this petition. The photos must have a white to off-white background, be printed on thin paper with a glossy finish, and be unmounted and unretouched. Form I-129F Instructions 03/21/22 Page 11 of 14 The color passport-style photos must be 2 by 2 inches. The photos must be in color with full face, frontal view on a white to off-white background. Head height should measure 1 to 1 3/8 inches from top of hair to bottom of chin, and eye height is between 1 1/8 to 1 3/8 inches from bottom of photo. Your head must be bare unless you are wearing headwear as required by a religious denomination of which you are a member. Using a pencil or felt pen, lightly print your name and A-Number (if any) on the back of the photo"

Clarification on this would be GREATLY appreciated, and if necessary, rewarded.

This is pretty terrible advice. Edited photos are grounds for rejection.
I've never had a problem with passport photos from Wahlgreens.

Anyone else have any input on how it looks?

 Looks good to me.
For what it's worth, we included two Intent to Marry letters, one from each of us.  I wrote them both and had her sign and date her copy.

We have always gotten passport photos done at CVS and never had an issue.

You can also take photos yourself as @Mike E suggested. Though taking the photos in front of blank white wall removes the issue/debate around "removing the background".
