Some questions about the ROC PACKAGE (merged)

1. Are binders clips ok to use? Found some contradictory information on it.

2. Part 5 of I751 asks about children, dont have any  so we put N/A in child 1, is that ok? 

3. Bank statements: sending first page of every statement from 2021 till June 2023 and two more pages annotating regular use with. Annotations are with red ink, is that ok? 

4.Is photocopy of Marriage Certificate ok or is a certified copy required? 

5. Do u put N/A in interpreter and preparer of just leave it empty? We didn't use a preparer or interpreter. 

6. A I90 is pending for wrong gc and we have included the receipt and mentioned it in cover letter, is that enough?

7. Made out one check for 680$. Is that ok? 

8.Spouse ( USC) Doesn't have any A number so we left it blank, is that ok or should be put N/A there?.

8.Are colorful folders ok or do they have to be white or manilla folders?

The complete bank statements for around 24 months might make it very bulky, is that what everyone is doing?

I sent every statement.  Some people send a statement per quarter (that's OK, too).  My point is to send the complete statement...not just the first page.

Ask yourself if your submission can be fully review in a morning or an afternoon. If not, it is too big.

This is what I used. . This is what I call a binder clip.  I think I used only one.  I think my packet was less than 100 pages  total....No RFEs.

A quarter is THREE months.  So 8 full statements in total for 2ish years.  IF IF IF you have other strong financial evidence.

I agree with what was said above, but for us we only sent the bank information showing we had separate accounts, but we each were listed as co-owners of each others accounts.

Sounds good to me!  Car insurance with both names?  House insurance with both names?  Wills?  Medical powers of attorney?  Those are also very good "co-mingling" pieces of evidence.

Absolutely....lots of trees fall for uscis applications- but it is what it is
