I was wrongly issued 10 year green card despite being married for less than 2 years at the time of AOS (from k1), I filed I90 at that time to fix it,then earlier this year i filed for Removal of conditions. Recently received the denial notice for I90 saying that they are denying it because my i751(removal of conditions) is pending. Do I need to do anything about it ? Or just wait for the Removal of Conditions to be processed?

I think you are required to carry it by law. Definitely understand your perspective though.

Could it be considered an invalid document because it was wrongly issued and if had the right dates,would have expired in September 2023. Also can it be used for international travel or getting a stamp is the more appropriate option?

But will the card be valid, because it has the wrong dates. If it wasn't wrongly issued,it would have expired in September 2023. Not sure if it's even a valid document.

I still have the wrong green card that shows expiry date in september 2030. The I90 still being pending,never sent me a RFE for it. Should i carry this card with the extension letter I received after filing ROC?

On my green card it says USCIS number and gives the same number that i get in all my communications from USCIS under Alien number. They just add A infront of it. So are they both the same?

I submitted ROC application a few weeks ago, got receipt for acceptance and finished biometrics. While ROC is pending, is is fine/allowed to start a new job? Can State ID and unrestricted SSN be used to fill out I9? Under the options where it says I attest under perjury that I am : Do I still pick number 3.Lawful permanent resident and give my alien number?

So is it enough to just tell the guard in advance about the plate in wrist or should they bring some paperwork showing surgery was performed?

Because of an injury, a plate was put in the wrist about a year ago,it's all healed but the plate is like an implant and is in the wrist.will that cause any issues? Should they carry documentation for the wrist surgery?

Package was delivered on 26th June, what's the current timeline for getting text notification, check being cashed and the Noa?

Is priority mail express ok?

Using USPS priority express mail and sending my ROC to USCIS Attn: 1-751 P.O. Box 4072 Carol Stream, IL 60197-4072. I am in michigan. Has anyone used Usps priority express mail? Also please help me make sure that my mailing address is right. Sorry super stressed haha.

Lots of stuff on I751 form doesn't apply to me. Like I didn't use interpreter or preparer, do I leave it blank or put N/A or none in it?

I checked it from there. Just wanted to double check. So all USPS packages are send to this address whether they are using priority mail or priority mail express?

Some people are suggesting to send all statements from 2021 to 2023. Will quarterly statements be enough? Seems to be some difference of opinion about the appropriate amount. People who got approved for ROC how many did u all send? Thanks everyone for thr responses.

We have jointly owned house, roth ira, jointly filed taxes, things like that. Is that strong?

So one full statement for every 4 months? So six full statements in total for 2ish years?

The complete bank statements for around 24 months might make it very bulky, is that what everyone is doing?

1. Are binders clips ok to use? Found some contradictory information on it. 2. Part 5 of I751 asks about children, dont have any so we put N/A in child 1, is that ok? 3. Bank statements: sending first page of every statement from 2021 till June 2023 and two more pages annotating regular use with. Annotations are with red ink, is that ok? 4.Is photocopy of Marriage Certificate ok or is a certified copy required? 5. Do u put N/A in interpreter and preparer of just leave it empty? We didn't use a preparer or interpreter. 6. A I90 is pending for wrong gc and we have included the receipt and mentioned it in cover letter, is that enough? 7. Made out one check for 680$. Is that ok? 8.Spouse ( USC) Doesn't have any A number so we left it blank, is that ok or should be put N/A there?. 8.Are colorful folders ok or do they have to be white or manilla folders?
